Disclosed is a heat-sensitive recording material comprising a support and a heat-sensitive recording layer formed on the support and containing a leuco dye and a developer, the developer being N-p-toluenesulfonyl-N′-3-(p-toluenesulfonyloxy)phenylurea, and the heat-sensitive recording layer containing (a) at least one fluoran-based leuco dye with a melting point of 190 to 230° C. and/or (b) at least one pigment selected from the group consisting of aluminum hydroxide, amorphous silica, kaolin and talc.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an insulating glass paste capable of forming an over glaze layer having a low rate of occurrence of cracks and excellent reliability. The insulating glass paste is used for forming an over glaze layer on an insulating substrate exhibits a fracture toughness strength of about 1.0 MN/m{fraction (3/2)} or more after burning.

A buffing apparatus which can buff a thin plate work without causing buckling. The buffing apparatus comprises a plurality of buffing rolls removably secured in a predetermined spaced relationship from each other to a shaft which is driven to rotate, a backup roll disposed in parallel to the buffing rolls and extending over the overall length of all of the buffing rolls, and a holding roll disposed at least between each adjacent ones of the buffing rolls. The holding roll is positioned such that the axis thereof is positioned on a straight line interconnecting the center of transverse section of one of the buffing rolls and the center of a transverse section of the backup roll and an outer periphery thereof substantially contacts with a contacting plane of the buffing rolls.

An electrophotographic recording sheet having, on a water-resistant support, a toner-receiving layer containing a liphophilic polymer antistatic agent with a specific surface resistivity of from 1×107 to 9×1012Ω. This electrophotographic recording sheet is excellent in recording quality, fixability, water resistance, durability, color printability and continuous printability.
