Disclosed are a method for preparing a conditioned medium of astrocyte-like cells derived from embryonic stem cells, characterized in that astrocyte-like cells, which are prepared by differentiation of embryonic stem cells, are cultured; the medium obtained by said method, the use of the conditioned medium for culturing neural cells as well as for inducing the differentiation of embryonic stem cells into neural cells.

Provided are an anti-icing system, wing, aircraft, and anti-icing method which prevent icing on the aircraft flying in an environment under icing conditions, using a simple configuration. An anti-icing system according to the present invention generates a pressure wave by aiming at supercooled airborne water droplets existing in a traveling direction of an aircraft (10) and thereby changes the water droplets into ice by means of the pressure wave. To impart an acceleration of, for example, 10 G to the water droplets, the pressure wave is set to produce 0.9 to 3.3 [Pa] at a predetermined location by taking attenuation into consideration.

The present invention relates to a controller for an electric vehicle in which right and left drive wheels are respectively driven by drive motors which are individually provided. The controller for an electric vehicle comprises motors for driving right and left wheels, means for detecting rotating speeds or rotation torques of the wheels, and a facility for taking a rotation deviation between output signals from the detection means close to zero. As a result, the vehicle is always operated in safety.
