Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a process for the preparation of dimethylether from hydrocarbons, including tri-reforming a feedstock mixture comprised of hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide and water vapor in the presence of a tri-reforming catalyst, to prepare a syngas, which then undergoes gas-phase direct synthesis into dimethylether in one step in the presence of a hybrid catalyst. According to the process of this invention, three main processes among typical syngas preparation processes are simultaneously performed, and then, the syngas thus obtained is prepared into dimethylether through a direct reaction in one step, thereby decreasing the apparatus cost and operation cost. In addition, all of the carbon dioxide separated and recovered from the unreacted material and by-products may be reused as reaction material, thus decreasing the generation of carbon dioxide and reducing the material cost.

A washing machine includes a wobbling device having a rotary blade. The wobbling device causes a wobbling action of a washboard without rotating the washboard during a washing mode operation, and rotates the rotary blade in one direction to allow a sufficient amount of wash water to flow upward through an ascending water current guide and fall from an upper portion of a spin-drying tub onto clothes contained in the spin-drying tub, thus effectively washing the clothes. The washboard is installed at a lower portion in the spin-drying tub such that it wobbles upward and downward. The rotary blade is installed under the washboard, and is rotated in one direction by torque of a washing shaft. The rotary blade is fitted over a boss which couples a vertical rotary shaft of the wobbling device to the washing shaft, and is rotated by the torque of the washing shaft. The water current guide extends along a sidewall of the spin-drying tub from a lower end to an upper end of the spin-drying tub. Water currents generated from the rotary blade are guided to the upper portion of the spin-drying tub and fall from the upper portion to the lower portion of the spin-drying tub.

Disclosed is a macro implementing method and apparatus that can perform a series of operations desired by a user through an interface between an ME (Mobile Equipment) and a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) that support a SAT (Sim Application Toolkit). A combination of commands is provided so that a series of operations desired by the user can be performed in the ME using the SAT. The ME can provide a user-defined SAT service for automatically performing a series of operations desired by the user by combining and storing SAT commands so that a series of operations desired by the user can be performed. Thereafter a SIM application in the SIM can be successively performed using stored SAT commands. The terminal user directly constructs a single macro by tying several commands using the SAT, and thus operations that require repeated operations or complicated execution processes can successively be performed using a single execution input.

A method forms an indium antimonide layer by a sequential evaporation for use as a magnetic sensing material having high electron mobility. The method includes the steps of: (a) preparing a substrate; (b) pre-heating the substrate (c) depositing an antimony layer on top of the substrate; (d) forming an indium layer on top of the antimony layer to thereby obtain a sequentially deposited layer, wherein the sequentially deposited layer includes the antimony and the indium layers; (e) providing a protection layer on top of the sequentially deposited layer; and (f) heat treating the sequentially deposited layer to force inter-diffusion of antimony and indium, thereby producing the indium antimonide layer.

The subject disclosure is directed towards using fingerprints, comprising lists of simulation results corresponding to partial (random sampled) simulation results, to determine whether a full simulation may be avoided by reusing simulation results from a previous full simulation. Before running a full simulation, a current fingerprint is obtained via a partial simulation. If a previous fingerprint matches (is identical or similar to) the current fingerprint, the associated previous results are reused. Also described is indexing fingerprint data to facilitate efficient lookup-based fingerprint matching.

A method of buffering data from core circuitry includes generating a first sourcing control signal responsive to indication signals indicating an operating voltage and output data, generating a second sourcing control signal responsive to the indication signals, and applying the operating voltage to an output terminal in response to the first sourcing control signal and the second sourcing control signal. The first sourcing control signal swings between the operating voltage and a reference voltage. The reference voltage is a signal selected from among a plurality of internal voltages in response to selection signals generated as a result of decoding the indication signals.
