    摘要: An orange-emitting phosphor that emits at a high luminance when being excited by blue light emitted by a blue light-emitting diode is provided. This orange-emitting phosphor is an alkaline-earth metal silicate-based phosphor represented by a general formula of a(Sr1-xEux(1-y)Ybxy)O.SiO2. In the formula, a is provided as 2.9≦a≦3.1, x is provided as 0.005≦x≦0.10, and y is provided as 0.001≦y≦0.1. An orange-emitting phosphor that emits orange at a high luminance and produces no harmful gas is provided.

    摘要: Provided is a connector component that allows easily performing coupling of connectors with each other. In a connector component (a vehicle-side electrical connector) according to an embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle-side connector is mounted on a base bracket via mounting members formed of rubber, elastic deformation of the mounting members permits a relative positional displacement of the base bracket and the vehicle-side connector in a compressing direction (Z-direction) as well as a relative positional displacement in a sliding direction (a direction in an X-Y plane). Therefore, even when there is a positional displacement and/or inclination between the vehicle-side electrical connector and a battery-side electrical connector and a relative positional displacement in the sliding direction has occurred, self-correction is performed by elastic deformation of the mounting members. Thus, according to the vehicle-side electrical connector, coupling when coupling the battery-side electrical connector can be easily performed.

The infra-red light emitting phosphor is represented by a chemical formula: (A1-x-yNdxYby)VO4, wherein A represents at least one element selected from yttrium (Y), gadolinium (Gd), lutetium (Lu) and lanthanum (La); x and y respectively satisfy the requirements: 0.01≦x≦0.3 and 0.01≦y≦0.4, provided that (x+y)≦0.5 and 0.2≦(y/x)≦6. This vanadate phosphor having the constitution described above can act as an infra-red light emitting phosphor having an excellent chemical stability and desirable light emitting properties.

    摘要: An electric vehicle includes a vehicle frame, a frame connector, a battery compartment, a battery stopper and an anti-connection portion. The battery compartment is provided for receiving a battery unit which has a cable connector connected thereto by a power cable. The battery stopper is mounted to the vehicle frame and movable between a closed position where the battery unit is stopped from removing and an open position where the battery unit is removable. The anti-connection portion is provided on the battery stopper. When the battery stopper is placed in the open position, the anti-connection portion is located at an anti-connection position thereby to prevent the cable connector from being connected to the frame connector. When the battery stopper is placed in the closed position, the anti-connection portion is spaced away from the anti-connection position thereby to allow the cable connector to be connected to the frame connector.
