    摘要: (Object) To prevent inconsistency in images and support columns from collapsing when pressure is applied from outside in the case where liquid crystal is sealed in under negative pressure in order to prevent impact bubbles from being created in the liquid crystal display device in accordance with a liquid crystal dropping and sealing method.(Means for Achieving Object) The distance between a TFT substrate 10 and a facing substrate 20 is set using first support columns 30, while second support columns 40 are located within contact holes 50 and do not make contact with the TFT substrate 10. When pressure is applied from outside, the second support columns 40 make contact with the side wall or the like of the contact holes 50 created in the TFT substrate 10, so that the repulsive force of the second support columns 40 prevents the distance between the TFT substrate 10 and the facing substrate 20 from becoming too small. As a result, inconsistency in images can be prevented, and the first support columns 30 can be prevented from collapsing when pressure is applied from outside.

    摘要: A compound microscope device allows simultaneous observation of one specimen by a transmission electron microscope and an optical microscope. The compound microscope device 1 of the present invention has a transmission electron microscope 2 and an optical microscope 4. A specimen 10 and a reflection mirror 41 are disposed on an electron optical axis C of an electron ray. The reflection mirror 41 is inclined from the electron optical axis C toward the optical object lens 43 and the specimen 10. Light from the specimen 10 (fluorescent light, reflection light, and the like) is reflected by the reflection mirror 41 and enters into the optical object lens 43. The electron ray from the electron microscope 2 passes through a mounting center hole 42 of the reflection mirror 41. This makes it possible to observe one specimen simultaneously by the electron microscope 2 and the optical microscope 4.

The printed circuit permits some of scroll coil circuits to be connected with an external circuit with or without connecting them in series. There is also disclosed a printed circuit capable of forming deflection coils which are small in size but produce strong magnetic fields. A printed circuit according to the invention comprises a sheet on which the scroll coils and indicia are printed. When the sheet is wound into a cylinder, the scroll coils are arranged circumferentially.

    摘要: A method for preparing a magnetic recording medium by forming a ferromagnetic vapor deposition film on a non-magnetic support moving along a rotating drum by an oblique incident evaporation method, in which a vapor flow of ferromagnetic metal is vapor-deposited on the support between a maximum incident angle and a minimum incident angle, while introducing a first oxidizing gas near the place where vapor flow of ferromagnetic metal is introduced at the minimum incident angle, and introducing a second oxidizing gas near the surface of the ferromagnetic vapor deposition film on the support which is moving on the rotating drum, wherein the improvement comprises introducing the first and second oxidizing gases so that .DELTA.p.sub.2 /.DELTA.p.sub.1 is not less than 5, wherein .DELTA.p.sub.1 is the increase of pressure due to the introduction of the first oxidizing gas near the place where the vapor flow of ferromagnetic metal is introduced at the minimum incident angle, and .DELTA.p.sub.2 is the increase of pressure due to the introduction of the second oxidizing gas near the surface of the ferromagnetic film after the vapor deposition.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a manufacturing method which uses an ink jet method for forming various kinds of thin films in an electronic device such as an organic EL panel or an organic thin film transistor and ink suitably used in the method. The manufacturing method manufactures an electronic device such as an organic layer which forms a pixel portion of a hole injection layer or the like of an organic EL panel or an active layer of an organic thin film transistor using ink composition which is formed by adding tertiary-alcohol into ink which uses water as a main solvent. As the tertiary-alcohol, 3-methyl-1-butyn-3-ol may be used. An addition quantity of alcohol with respect to ink is set to a value which falls within a range from approximately 25wt % to 40wt %.
