摘要: Provided are a flexible electromagnetic shielding sheet and an electronic device having the same. The flexible electromagnetic shielding sheet includes: a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having an electrically conductive adhesive layer on one surface thereof; a fiber web adhered to the electroconductive adhesive layer and formed by accumulating fibers; a metal layer formed on at least one surface of the fiber web to shield electromagnetic waves; and an insulating film bonded to the fiber web on which the metal layer is formed. Further, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape includes: a fiber-accumulating type substrate formed by accumulating a plurality of fibers and having a plurality of pores; and an electrically conductive adhesive layer formed on either surface of the fiber-accumulating type substrate, and made of an electrically conductive adhesive material filled in the plurality of pores and electrically connected to the fiber-accumulating type substrate by an applied pressure.

摘要: A filter medium is provided. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the filter medium is implemented by including: a porous second support and a nanofiber web which are sequentially stacked on each of an upper portion and a lower portion of a first support; and a channel through which a filtrate filtered in the nanofiber web flows in a direction of the first support, wherein the first support, the second support, and the nanofiber web satisfy predetermined conditions on a basis weight and a thickness of each layer. In a water treatment operation of the filter medium, the shape, structural deformation, and damage of the filter medium can be minimized, excellent filtration efficiency can be implemented, and a channel can be smoothly secured, thereby securing high flux. In addition, even at high pressure applied during backwashing, the filter medium has an extended use period due to excellent durability of the filter medium. Accordingly, the filter medium can be variously applied in various water treatment fields.

摘要: A filter assembly including a filtration medium comprising a nanofiber, having a three-dimensional network structure, and having a fiber web layer comprising a hydrophilic coating layer that covers at least a part of the outer surface of the nanofiber; and a first support body that supports the filtration medium, which is provided on both surfaces thereof, and has a channel formed therein. Accordingly, the filtration medium has excellent chemical resistance and improved hydrophilicity such that the flow rate can increase substantially. In addition, the improved hydrophilicity is maintained for a long period of time such that the utilization period can be extended substantially. Furthermore, any change in the pore structure of the filtration medium during the hydrophilicity endowing process is minimized such that the initially designed physical characteristics of the filtration medium can be fully exhibited.

摘要: A portable water-purifying pouch is provided that includes a pouch-shaped body comprising an inlet part, through which water to be treated is introduced, and an outlet part, from which drinking water obtained by filtering the water being treated is discharged and a pouch-shaped filter medium, which is provided inside the body so as to hold and filter the water being treated, which has been introduced into the body, and comprises a fiber web layer having the structure of a three-dimensional network formed of nanofibers. The portable water-purifying pouch allows a large flow rate of drinking water to be obtained in a short time while filtering, with significantly superior efficiency, foreign substances such as bacteria and harmful germs in the water being treated merely by self-weight or by lightly applying pressure with a hand to the water being treated.

摘要: A filter medium is provided. A filter medium according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a fiber web layer of a three-dimensional network structure including nanofiber; and a hydrophilic coating layer which covers at least a part of the outer surface of the nanofiber. According to this, a flow rate can be remarkably increased due to the improved hydrophilicity of the filter medium. Also, as the improved hydrophilicity is maintained for a long period of time, the lifespan can be remarkably prolonged. Furthermore, since the modification of a porous structure of the filter medium is minimized during the process of hydrophilization so that the initially designed physical properties of the filter medium can be exhibited in its entirety, the filter medium having chemical resistance, excellent water permeability and durability can be variously applied in the water treatment field.

摘要: A nanofiber for a filter medium is provided that includes fiber-forming ingredients including polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and an emulsifying agent for improving the miscibility of the fiber-forming ingredients. The nanofiber has excellent mechanical strength and chemical resistance and, at the same time, significantly increased hydrophilicity without a separate surface modification/treatment to/on the nanofiber. A filter medium comprising said nanofiber can exhibit improved flux and filtration efficiency and excellent physical properties in a water treatment process in which a pressure equal to or more than a predetermined level is applied and which requires the filter medium to have high mechanical strength and in a water treatment process which requires chemical resistance as the liquid being filtered is strongly acidic or alkaline. Further, since the nanofiber has significantly superior spinnability, the mass productivity of the filter medium is significantly improved, and the unit costs of production can be reduced.

摘要: Provided is a flexible electromagnetic wave shielding material. An electromagnetic wave shielding material according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a conductive nanofiber web having a nanofiber web formed of a nanofiber and including multiple pores and a metal layer covering at least a portion of the nanofiber disposed on a surface portion of the nanofiber web, wherein a metal particle is provided in at least some of the pores; and an elastic member brought in contact with one surface of the conductive nanofiber web of the metal layer. Thus, the electromagnetic wave shielding material is so excellent in elasticity that the electromagnetic wave shielding material may be freely changed in shape, and can be attached to and brought in complete contact with a surface where the electromagnetic wave shielding material is intended to be disposed even if the surface has a curved shape such as an uneven portion or a stepped portion, thus exhibiting excellent electromagnetic wave shielding performance. Also, it is possible to prevent deterioration of the electromagnetic wave shielding performance despite various shape changes. Furthermore, even if parts are provided in a narrow area at a high density, the flexible electromagnetic wave shielding material can be brought in close contact with mounted parts by overcoming a tight space between the parts and a stepped portion. Thus, the present invention may be easily employed for a light, thin, short, and small or flexible electronic device.
