A ratio D1/D2 of an outer diameter D1 of the first fiber to an outer diameter D2 of the second fiber is set to a value in a range of 15.0 or greater to 1666.7 or less. The outer diameter D1 is set to a value in a range of 5.0 μm or greater to 50.0 μm or less, and the outer diameter D2 is set to a value in a range of 30.0 nm or greater to 1.0 μm or less.

摘要: The disclosure provides improved vent filters useful in single-use in-line transfusion systems. In a first aspect, the disclosure provides filter comprising (i) a layer comprising a fluoropolymer membrane and (ii) a layer comprising at least two air-permeable thermoplastic polymeric layers, the air-permeable thermoplastic polymeric layers comprised of a first polymeric layer and a second polymeric layer, wherein the first polymeric layer is in bonded contact with the fluoropolymer membrane, possesses a melting point of about 95° C. to about 180° C., and wherein the second polymeric layer is in bonded contact with the first polymeric layer and has a melting point of about 220° C. to about 265° C. These filters exhibit excellent bonding strength between the various layers while preserving a considerable amount of the original fluoropolymer membrane air flux.

This composite structure includes ultrafine fibers having a fiber diameter of less than 500 nm, and beads. The outermost surface of the composite structure has at least 500/mm2 of beads with a diameter of 5 μm or more. The ultrafine fibers and the beads preferably have the same component.

摘要: A nanofiber-based directional moisture wicking electronic fabric and preparation methods thereof are provided. The electronic fabric includes hydrophobic fibrous layer, hydrophilic fibrous layer, and conductive functional coating layer. In the preparation method of the nanofiber-based electronic fabric, the hydrophobic nanofibers, the conductive coating layer, and the hydrophilic nanofibers are successively constructed by the combination of electrospinning and electrostatic spraying technology. Through the construction of hydrophilic and hydrophobic differences, the all-fibrous electronic fabric of the invention is enabled to transport sweat from the skin surface to hydrophilic nanofibers to maintain good comfort and has the merit of good electricity at the same time. The all-fibrous electronic fabric is easy to be fabricated and has a wide application prospect in the fields of waterproof and moisture permeable clothing and intelligent wearable electronics.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a medical material and a product and preparation method thereof. The medical material comprises a ferroelectric polymer, and optionally further comprises an inorganic ferroelectric particle. The composite membrane is prepared by experiencing at least one of annealing treatment, corona poling treatment, acid treatment, and ultrasonic treatment, and the acid treatment is conducted after the annealing treatment. The present disclosure further relates to a method for treating a composite membrane to regulate an antibacterial activity.

摘要: A filter medium is provided. A filter medium according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a fiber web layer of a three-dimensional network structure including nanofiber; and a hydrophilic coating layer which covers at least a part of the outer surface of the nanofiber. According to this, a flow rate can be remarkably increased due to the improved hydrophilicity of the filter medium. Also, as the improved hydrophilicity is maintained for a long period of time, the lifespan can be remarkably prolonged. Furthermore, since the modification of a porous structure of the filter medium is minimized during the process of hydrophilization so that the initially designed physical properties of the filter medium can be exhibited in its entirety, the filter medium having chemical resistance, excellent water permeability and durability can be variously applied in the water treatment field.

摘要: An improved process for forming a PTFE mat is described. The process includes providing a dispersion with PTFE, a fiberizing polymer and a solvent wherein said dispersion has a viscosity of at least 50,000 cP. An apparatus is provided which comprises a charge source and a target a distance from the charge source. A voltage source is provided which creates a first charge at the charge source and an opposing charge at the target. The dispersion is electrostatically charged by contact with the charge source. The electrostatically charged dispersion is collected on the target to form a mat precursor which is heated to remove the solvent and the fiberizing polymer thereby forming the PTFE mat.

摘要: An electrospun polymer nanofibrous membrane that provides high filtering efficiency and excellent porosity is disclosed herein. The membrane may be treated with one or more antimicrobial or antiviral agents. The treatment may preferably be a coating of one or more antiviral agents on the surface of the membrane. Alternatively, one or more antiviral agents may be impregnated into the membrane. The membrane may additionally or alternatively be impregnated with one or more metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). The membrane has a high filtering efficiency and sufficient porosity to provide breathability characteristics. In some embodiments, the membrane is suitable for use in making facemasks and respirators that are highly resistant to infectious pathogens and/or other small particulates. In some embodiments, the membrane is suitable for use in HVAC applications. In some embodiments, the membrane is suitable for use in removal of VOCs and CO2 in conjunction with a carbon nanofiber membrane.
