摘要: In an electronic circuit device having an input/output pin junction electrode, in order to remarkably improve the junction characteristics such as wettability and junction strength and to drastically simplify the production process, in forming an electronic circuit board in which glass ceramics is used for board material and a wiring conductor and junction electrode wherein the Cu is sized to extend beyond the pin hole so that solder only contacts it and not the ceramic circuit board. The wiring and junction electrode is formed in a same process while forming a cover coat on the electrode using board material, and Au or Au--Ni laminated film is formed on this electrode as occasion demands, and then an electronic component is connected thereto using a solder such a Au--Sn or Au--Ge.

摘要: A spinning method for forming pipe bodies of varying diameter. In the spinning method, when a necked portion is formed at the end of the pipe material by the spinning method, working rollers are restricted so as to return immediately before the pipe end instead of being allowed to axially move beyond the end of the working object pipe. The amount of diameter reduction at the pipe end is set to be smaller than that of the most diameter reduced portion connecting to the pipe end. A protruding portion of a so-called bellmouth shape is formed at the working end, thereby preventing generation of fractures originating at the working end of the base portion or the welded portion and generation of wrinkles during the spinning process.

摘要: An example impeller includes: an impeller body in which an internal channel is formed, the internal channel extending inside the impeller body in a direction of a rotation axis spirally about the rotation axis to connect an inlet and an outlet; and at least one centrifugal vane provided in the impeller body. The internal channel including the inlet and the outlet has a predetermined passage diameter. An external channel is formed so as to continue to the outlet and go around the circumferential surface of the impeller body, the external channel being defined by the centrifugal vane and being recessed inward in the radial direction from the circumferential surface of the impeller body. At least a part in a flow direction of the external channel has a channel width in the direction of the rotation axis smaller than the width of the outlet.
