The antibodies of the invention are useful for inhibiting the physiological activities of PAMP as well as in diagnosis of PAMP-responsive conditions.

    摘要: A wideband tuneable low noise amplifier that is capable of receiving signals over a wide range of frequencies, providing tuneable filtering to remove out of band interferer signals, and providing variable gain for a wide range of frequencies. To accommodate variable gain, the low noise amplifier has an amplifier stage comprising two gain stages, and the relationship between the gain stages is controlled responsive to changes in the voltage gain of an input stage. Linearity monitoring combined with Q-enhance may be employed to increase performance at low signal levels.

    摘要: One embodiment of the present invention provides a system that provides access to an application-resource. During operation, the system receives a request to access an application-resource associated with an application, wherein the request is received at an application-server that hosts the application. The system then determines an authentication-level required to access the application-resource. Next, the system sends the required authentication-level to an authentication-server. In response, the system receives an authentication-response from the authentication-server. Next, the system determines if the authentication-response specifies that the user is authenticated to access the application-resource. If so, the system grants the user access to the application-resource.One embodiment of the present invention provides a system that provides an authentication-token associated with a lower authentication-level in response to an authentication-token associated with a higher authentication-level expiring. Note that the lower authentication-level meets or exceeds a required authentication-level and does not require a user to re-authenticate.

    摘要: Engineered binding proteins are provided. In some cases, the parent protein corresponding to the engineered protein has a three-layer swiveling β/β/α domain. In other cases, the parent protein corresponding to the engineered protein has a rubredoxin-like fold. At least one portion of the primary sequence of the engineered protein is determined by an engineering scheme. In some case, the engineered protein is characterized by an ability to bind to a compound that the parent protein does not bind. In some cases, the parent protein is derived from a domain of a chaperonin or a rubredoxin. One form of engineering scheme used is a randomization scheme. A method for making libraries of engineered proteins, all based on a single parent protein is provided. Methods to identify proteins that bind to compounds of interest in libraries of engineered libraries are provided. An array of engineered proteins immobilized on a support is provided. Each engineered protein in the array is a chaperonin domain or a rubredoxin that has been subjected to an engineering scheme.
