    摘要: According to an embodiment, at least one first outer ring has an annular outer ring cavity to which external cooling steam is supplied. A radial direction cooling hole connecting with the outer ring cavity is formed in the stator blades connected to the first outer ring. An annular inner ring cavity connecting with the radial direction cooling hole is formed in a first inner ring constituting one diaphragm together with the first outer ring. Cooling steam blowing holes connecting an annular wheel space and the inner ring cavity are formed. The annular wheel space is formed between the first inner ring and a rotor wheel adjacent to the first inner ring.

    摘要: An image processor for generating, from a surface image of an object having a pattern, a processed image having a distinct contrast between the pattern and a background, is provided. This image processor comprises a first smoothing filter for generating a first smoothed image; a second smoothing filter for generating a second smoothed image; a weighting unit for multiplying each of pixel values of the first smoothed image by a weight coefficient of 1 or more to determine a weighted pixel value; a differential image generator for subtracting each of weighted pixel values provided by the weighting unit from a pixel value of a corresponding pixel of the second smoothed image to generate a differential image; and an image extracting unit for extracting pixel values having the positive sign from the differential image to obtain the processed image. For example, this image processor can be utilized in a pattern recognition apparatus.

Coolant fluid flows from each outlet through the passage to cover the surface as a film-like fluid. The plurality of fluid passages include first fluid passages and second fluid passages. The coolant fluid flows from the outlet of the first fluid passage along the direction of the gas stream on the surface. On the other hand, the coolant fluid also flows from the outlet of the second fluid passage toward the gas stream neighbored on each outlet of the first fluid passage.

    摘要: Because a reflector that reflects a fundamental wave generated from a solid-state laser element and forms an optical resonator is disposed on an exit surface of a wavelength conversion element, the fundamental wave cannot be resonated and amplified in a stage before the wavelength conversion element is joined to the solid-state laser element. As a result, a problem is created in that the solid-state laser element emits low level light output, so that a relative position of the semiconductor laser and the solid-state laser element cannot properly be adjusted. In order to overcome the above problem, even in the stage before joining the wavelength conversion element to the solid-state laser element, the invention enables the semiconductor laser and the solid-state laser element to be joined by properly adjusting the relative position of the laser and the laser element. A second reflector is provided that is located opposite a first reflector of the solid-state laser element and that partially transmits through the fundamental wave emitted from the solid-state laser element and reflects the rest of the wave. The semiconductor laser and the solid-state laser element are joined together at a relative position such that the output of light having passed through the second reflector reaches or exceeds a predetermined value.

The turbine rotor includes moving blade stages. Each of the moving blade stages has turbine moving blades. Each of the nozzle diaphragms has turbine nozzles. The moving blade portions and the turbine nozzle portions constitute the steam passage. The nozzle box is held by the stationary section and arranged at an upstream side of the steam passage coaxially with the turbine rotor. The sealing divides a space between the turbine rotor and the casing into a first space provided at an inner side and a second space provided at an outer side of the nozzle box.
