    摘要: A nickel-base superalloy having excellent oxidation resistance is provided. It is useful as high-temperature members such as turbine blades and turbine vanes for jet engines or gas turbines. The nickel-base superalloy has a composition containing Co: 0.1 to 15% by weight, Cr: 0.1 to 10% by weight, Mo: 0.1 to 4.5% by weight, W: 0.1 to 15% by weight, Al: 2 to 8% by weight, Ta+Nb+Ti: 0 to 16% by weight, Hf: 0 to 5% by weight, Re: 0.1 to 16% by weight, Ru: 0.1 to 16% by weight, Si: 0.2 to 5% by weight and a balance made of Ni and unavoidable impurities.

Therefore, alloy characteristics analysis and alloy composition search of a γ′ precipitation strengthened platinum group element-added Ni-based superalloy are simply, easily, and efficiently conducted. A design supporting device therefor is also disclosed.

    摘要: In the liquid discharge recording head provided with a stopper member formed of an elastic member to be penetrated by a hollow needle member for liquid supply into a liquid preserving chamber in the recording head, the invention enables smooth insertion of the front end of the needle member into the stopper member without insertion failure. The liquid discharge recording head is provided with a head chip having a nozzle for discharging liquid, and a frame member connected thereto and having a liquid chamber for containing the liquid to be supplied thereto. A hole portion is formed in a portion of the frame member, and joint rubber is pressed into such hole portion. In the joint rubber, there is formed in advance a fissure hole, to be penetrated by a hollow needle provided in the main body of the liquid discharge recording apparatus and having fissures in not less than three directions from the crossing center of the fissures, in a plane perpendicular to the direction of depth of the hole portion.

    摘要: An ink jet recording head includes a liquid discharge head unit having discharge ports and ink flow paths; a liquid container holder unit capable of holding liquid containers and having supply paths for supplying liquid to the liquid discharge head units; and a buffer chamber for allowing gas to exist in the liquid supply paths, the buffer chamber being formed by coupling the liquid discharge head to the liquid supply holder unit. The ink jet recording head enables the buffer chamber allowing to gas to exist to be sufficiently cleaned, and requires no additional process for the formation of the buffer chamber thereof. Furthermore, the ink jet recording head can inhibit ink oscillations in flow paths during ink discharge to keep a stable discharging state, thereby acquiring a high-quality image at all times.

    摘要: An ink jet head has plural liquid ink paths, each having a discharge opening for discharging ink when energy is applied to ink in a corresponding ink path, and a common ink chamber communicating with an end of each ink path for supplying ink to the discharge openings. The discharge openings are disposed in plural groups, which are consecutively driven by simultaneously applying energy to ink paths corresponding to selected discharge openings in a given group. The ends of the ink paths are disposed in the common ink chamber in groups consecutively arranged in accordance with the driving order of the discharge opening groups, and each ink path includes a portion proximate to that end which is directed away from the next consecutively arranged ink path group. This arrangement suppresses pressure interference between the consecutively driven discharge opening groups and enables high-quality, high-speed recording in a compact recording head.
