    摘要: A terminal-equipped electric wire includes: an electric wire including a core wire and an insulating coating; and a terminal connected to the core wire exposed from an end portion of the electric wire. The terminal includes: a flat-plate-shaped weld portion; a bottom plate portion; and a crimping piece. In a state where the crimping piece is crimped so as to be wound around an outer periphery of the insulating coating, a leading edge of the crimping piece is located on a bottom plate portion side with respect to a first virtual plane that passes through the center of the electric wire and is perpendicular to the bottom plate portion, and the leading edge of the crimping piece is in proximity to a side edge of the bottom plate portion on a side opposite to a side on which the crimping piece is provided.

    摘要: It is aimed to provide an exterior wiring harness which can be routed in a flat space formed between a plurality of electrical members. An exterior wiring harness (10) includes a plurality of wires (11) and an exterior body (12) formed by surrounding outer peripheries of the plurality of wires (11) by a sheet (13) made of fibrous synthetic resin. The exterior body (12) includes a flat portion (15) having a flat cross-sectional shape and other parts (14) connected to the flat portion (15) and different from the flat portion. A length (L1) of the flat portion (15) in a minor axis direction is set to be smaller than a width of a clearance formed between a plurality of electrical members. A maximum value (L3) of the other parts (14) in the minor axis direction of the flat portion is set to be larger than the width of the clearance.

    摘要: A circuit structure includes: an upper case having positioning holes; bus bars that are provided in an inductor disposed in the upper case and that have through holes; terminals that are connected to electric wires and that have bolts disposed thereon that penetrate the through holes; nuts that sandwich the bus bars between the nuts and the terminals by being screwed onto the bolts; and a lower case that is attached to the upper case. The lower case includes: front walls, left walls, and right walls that project upward from the lower case and position the terminals relative to the lower case by coming into contact with the terminals; and case positioning portions that project upward from the lower case and that are inserted into the positioning holes.
