摘要： A terminal-equipped electric wire includes: an electric wire including a core wire and an insulating coating; and a terminal connected to the core wire exposed from an end portion of the electric wire. The terminal includes: a flat-plate-shaped weld portion; a bottom plate portion; and a crimping piece. In a state where the crimping piece is crimped so as to be wound around an outer periphery of the insulating coating, a leading edge of the crimping piece is located on a bottom plate portion side with respect to a first virtual plane that passes through the center of the electric wire and is perpendicular to the bottom plate portion, and the leading edge of the crimping piece is in proximity to a side edge of the bottom plate portion on a side opposite to a side on which the crimping piece is provided.

摘要： An insulating protector attached to one side of a unit cell group includes: two bus bar housing portions, in each of which a plurality of bus bars for connecting adjacent electrode terminals are aligned and housed, and are respectively provided at positions near two lateral side edge portions of the insulating protector extending in a direction in which the bus bars are aligned; and two wire routing grooves that are provided on an inner side of each bus bar housing portion, and in which detection wires drawn from unit cells are routed so as to detect the state of the unit cells. A bus bar cover for covering the closer one of the bus bar housing portions and a wire cover for covering the wire routing groove on the inner side of the closer bus bar housing portion are provided on each lateral side edge portion of the insulating protector.

摘要： In a method for manufacturing a terminal-equipped electrical wire a core wire of an electrical wire is connected to a flat plate-shaped electrical wire connector portion of a terminal. An ultrasonic welding jig including an anvil and a welding horn is provided. After the electrical wire connector portion is placed on the anvil, the core wire of the electrical wire is placed on the electrical wire connector portion. By applying ultrasonic vibration along the axial direction of the core wire while pressing the core wire using the welding horn, the core wire is ultrasonically welded to the electrical wire connector portion. On the upper surface of the wire connection portions of the terminal, a positioning groove, into which the core wire is fit, is formed in advance, and the core wire is placed on the electrical wire connector portion while being fit into the positioning groove.

摘要： An ultrasonic welding jig includes: an anvil that supports a plate-like electric cable connection portion of a terminal; and a welding horn that is disposed so as to oppose the anvil, and in which a fitting groove is formed in an opposing surface, the fitting groove being a groove in which a portion of a core wire of an electric cable is fitted. In a state in which the core wire and the electric cable connection portion are clamped between the welding horn and the anvil, ultrasonic welding is performed by ultrasonically vibrating the welding horn in an axial direction of the core wire. In a bottom surface of the fitting groove of the welding horn, a plurality of slippage prevention grooves that are obliquely oriented and intersect an axis of the fitting groove are formed spaced apart in a direction of the axis of the fitting groove.
