    Abstract: A bottom electrode and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The present invention relates to the field of dry etching, and has solved problems of separately fabrication of the ceramic points and ceramic layer of the conventional bottom electrode, low adhesion strength between the ceramic points and ceramic layer, incidental dropping off the ceramic layer. The bottom electrode includes: a metal substrate and an insulating layer disposed on the metal substrate, wherein the metal substrate comprises: a base substrate and a plurality of protrusion parts disposed on the base substrate, the insulating layer is disposed on surface of the base substrate and the protrusion parts on surface of the base substrate. Insulating protrusion points are formed at the protrusion parts.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display apparatus, a pixel circuit and a method of driving a pixel circuit. In one or more embodiments, the pixel circuit includes a driving transistor, a data signal module and a bias signal module. A first electrode of the driving transistor is connected with a first power signal terminal, a second electrode of the driving transistor is connected with a first terminal of a light emitting element, and the driving transistor includes a first control electrode and a second control electrode. The data signal module is connected with the driving transistor, a data writing signal terminal and a data signal terminal. The bias signal module is connected with the driving transistor, a bias writing signal terminal and a bias signal terminal, and is configured to adjust a threshold voltage of the driving transistor under control of the bias writing signal terminal and the bias signal terminal.

The pixel circuit comprises driving sub-circuit comprising a control terminal, first terminal and a second terminal, driving sub-circuit being configured to control driving signal flowing through the first terminal and second terminal according to signal of control terminal; first capacitor comprising first pole and second pole coupled to control terminal of driving sub-circuit; first data writing sub-circuit configured to write first initialization signal to first pole of first capacitor in response to first scanning signal, write first data signal into driving sub-circuit in response to first scanning signal, so that signal of control signal of driving sub-circuit changes with first data signal; second data writing sub-circuit configured to write second data signal to first pole of first capacitor in response to second scanning signal.
