Abstract: Disclosed are an access method and device in a heterogeneous network for solving the problem that, in network selection of a heterogeneous wireless network, a user can only enjoy at any one time the service of one network and cannot simultaneously enjoy the services of different networks, the method comprising: dividing access points capable of providing a service for a user equipment (UE) into at least one competition group; and determining the access overhead of the competition group, and selecting for the UE, according to the determined access overhead of the competition group, a target competition group from the competition groups for accessing. A network multi-path routing and traffic distribution model is established, such that the UE can select different access methods, thus providing a new traffic operation mode for network development.

Abstract: The present application discloses a method and an apparatus for transmitting downlink data, to resolve the issue of erroneous transmission of downlink data of UE when the UE moves from an EPS network to a 5G network. The method comprises: after receiving a request message for updating a session management context of the UE, a session management function entity in embodiments of the present application determining that the UE has moved from a first network to a second network; the session management function entity notifying a user plane function entity to delete a user plane connection of the UE in the first network, and creating a user plane connection of the UE in the second network, such that the user plane function entity transmits downlink data of the UE through the newly created user plane connection.

Abstract: An uplink scheduling-free transmission method and an uplink scheduling-free transmission device are provided. The method includes steps of: determining codebook subset constraint parameters for all or parts of matrix sets for constructing a codebook respectively, each codebook subset constraint parameter indicating an available matrix in a corresponding matrix set; and transmitting the determined codebook subset constraint parameters to a UE. Abstract: The present application provides a channel state information (CSI) feedback and receiving method and device. The CSI feedback method by a UE comprises: determining, according to an indication of a base station, at least one CSI feedback configuration group configured by the base station, wherein each CSI feedback configuration group comprises at least one CSI feedback configuration; and upon determination of a need to report CSI, reporting, via a PUCCH or PUSCH, to the base station CSI acquired based on a first CSI feedback configuration, wherein the first CSI feedback configuration is a CSI feedback configuration determined, according to location information of a CSI feedback configuration in the most recent report or location information of a CSI feedback configuration indicated by the base station, from a corresponding CSI feedback configuration group by the UE. The present application supports independent reporting of location information and corresponding CSI, thus improving the detection performance of such information, and further supports a base station to acquire CSI corresponding to a specified CSI feedback configuration, thus enabling more flexible downlink scheduling and transmission.
