    Abstract: The present disclosure provides in some embodiments a method and a device for transmitting CSI. The method for transmitting the CSI includes steps of: determining, by a UE, a first number of bits used for a joint encoding operation on a BI and a RI, the BI being configured to indicate an index of a resource for transmitting a reference signal corresponding to the RI measured by the UE, an identical first number of bits being used for the joint encoding operation on RI(s) and the BI corresponding to all resources for transmitting the reference signal; and performing, by the UE, the joint encoding operation on the RI and the BI in accordance with the first number of bits to acquire encoding information, and transmitting the encoding information.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a response information transmission method, system and device. A base station can configure at least two PUCCH transmission carriers for user equipment, accordingly, the user equipment can select at least one PUCCH transmission carrier from the at least two PUCCH transmission carriers which are configured by the base station to transmit response information fed back on a corresponding subframe, and accordingly, the base station can receive the response information which is fed back by the user equipment on at least one PUCCH transmission carrier. The technical solution increases the number of PUCCH transmission carriers, so that compared with the manner of only configuring one PUCCH transmission carrier in the prior art, the reconfiguration operations caused by the movement of user equipment can be reduced, thereby reducing the condition that UE cannot normally communicate in the process of reconfiguration, and reducing the signaling overhead caused by the reconfiguration operation.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and user equipment of uplink power control. The method comprises the steps of: UE determines the target transmission power of uplink signal which transmitted on each synchronization uplink component carrier of current uplink sub-frame; Judging whether PRACH transmission exists on uplink secondary component carrier of current uplink sub-frame; If judged that there is, determining the PRACH target transmission power, and further judging that whether the sum of the uplink signal power and the PRACH target transmission power exceeds the maximum transmission power of UE; If judged exceeded, holding the PRACH target transmission power constant, and reducing the target transmission power of all or part of SC-FDMA symbol of uplink signal which is contained in current uplink sub-frame and needed to reduce power. The technical scheme of present invention is using for uplink power control when PRACH signal is overlap with other uplink signal.

    Abstract: The present application relates to the field of wireless communications. Disclosed in an embodiment of the present application are a method and device for reporting power headroom (PH) under carrier aggregation, for solving the problem of how to report PH when a terminal supports the transmission of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) on different uplink carriers corresponding to different carrier groups. In the present application, a terminal generates a Type 1 PH and a Type 2 PH for each of multiple PUCCH-transmitting uplink carriers requiring PH reporting, generates a Type 1 PH for each non-PUCCH-transmitting uplink carrier requiring PH reporting, and reports each generated Type 1 PH and Type 2 PH to a network side in the current uplink subframe.     Abstract: Disclosed are a feedback information transmitting method and device, used for addressing a lack of a plan for solving the problem of transmitting uplink control information corresponding to downlink carrier scheduled by a plurality of base stations in a dual connectivity scenario. A terminal of the present invention receives over a first carrier the data scheduled by a first base station, and receives over a second carrier the data scheduled by a second base station; generating first uplink control information for the first carrier, and/or generating second uplink control information for the second carrier; transmitting the generated uplink control information via PUCCH and/or PUSCH over an uplink carrier, the uplink control information comprising at least one of the first uplink control information and the second uplink control information. Therefore, a terminal transmitting uplink control information over only one carrier can send timely feedback of uplink control information corresponding to the downlink carrier scheduled by different base stations, ensuring that different base stations can timely acquire the feedback information corresponding to the downlink carrier scheduled by the different base stations.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) power control method and device, which relate to the technique of communications. When a user equipment (UE) supports the transmission of a PUCCH on different uplink carriers corresponding to different carrier groups, an uplink carrier where the PUCCH is transmitted in a current uplink subframe is determined (S501); for each uplink carrier where the PUCCH is transmitted, based on a transmission power control (TPC) command received over at least one downlink carrier in at least one carrier group transmitting uplink control information (UCI) in the PUCCH on the uplink carrier in the current uplink subframe, the UE determines a power regulation cumulant corresponding to the PUCCH transmitted on the uplink carrier in the current uplink subframe (S502); and for each uplink carrier where the PUCCH is transmitted, according to a PUCCH power control parameter and the power regulation cumulant corresponding to the uplink carrier, the UE determines the transmission power of the PUCCH transmitted on the uplink carrier in the current uplink subframe (S503), thereby realizing the PUCCH power control.
