摘要： A DC brush-free motor or fan rotated by an outer rotor having an annular ferrite magnet with grain alignment on its inner periphery, the main body of the motor or fan is composed of a base, a stator and an outer rotor surrounding the stator; the outer rotor includes a rotating disk and the annular ferrite magnet fixed on an inner periphery of the rotating disk, the annular ferrite magnet is a multipolar anisotropic permanent magnet, the main body of the annular magnet is divided into a magnetic conductive outer layer which is not magnetic and a magnetic inner layer, fluxes of the inner layer turn back when they pass the outer layer to thereby shorten the magnetic loops, and to increase magnetic force and the effect of magnetic energy accumulation. When the motor runs, the outer rotor drives a rotating axle (on the base) extended out of a housing to put out power and to be a power output axle of the motor. As to the fan, the outer rotor is provided on its outer portion with fan blades, an effect of air blowing can be achieved by rotating the fan blades.

摘要： A thin film transistor is characterized by having an island-in structure having a semiconductor layer with a channel region, a bottom heavily-doped semiconductor layer, and a top heavily-doped semiconductor layer. The bottom heavily-doped semiconductor layer is positioned on two opposite sides of the surface of the semiconductor layer beyond the channel region. The top heavily-doped semiconductor layer, positioned on the bottom heavily-doped semiconductor layer, covers two opposite side walls of the bottom heavily-doped semiconductor layer and the semiconductor layer so that current leakage from the drain electrode to the source electrode is prevented.

The outside cool air is drawn into the casing member through the first inlets. A portion of the drawn air is released through the first outlets, forming a first flow path for cooling down the driving member. Another portion is released through the second outlets, forming a second flow path for cooling down the cylinder member.

摘要： A display device including a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel, a backlight module, and a photo-sensing device is provided. The backlight module is disposed below the LCD panel and is suitable for providing a light source. The photo-sensing device is built in the LCD panel and includes a plurality of photo-sensors having different illumination sensing capabilities. The backlight module modulates the output intensity of the light source according to the sensed result of one of the photo-sensors. Thereby, the display device can precisely modulate the intensity of the back light according to the intensity of ambient light so as to improve the contrast ratio and to reduce the power consumption.
