摘要: A printing device and a printing method using the same is disclosed. An air pocket is formed in a cliché stage to prevent a cleaning solution from permeating into a space between the cliché stage and a cliché plate, thereby preventing a lower surface of the cliché plate from being contaminated. The printing device comprises a cliché stage for fixation of a cliché plate, a plurality of vacuum holes disposed in the cliché stage for providing a vacuum to fix of the cliché plate to the cliché stage; and an air pocket surrounding the plurality of vacuum holes for providing air to minimize permeation of a cleaning solution into a space between the cliché plate and the cliché stage.

摘要: The present invention relates to a surface expression vector expressing a parvovirus antigen on the surface of microorganisms, the vector containing not only a gene encoding the capsid antigen protein of parvovirus causing canine parvovirus (CPV) infection and feline panleukopenia (FLP) but also at least one of pgsB, pgsC and pgsA genes encoding a poly-gamma-glutamate synthetase complex. Also, the present invention relates to microorganisms transformed with the surface expression vector, and parvovirus vaccines containing the transformed microorganisms. According to the present invention, the use of the recombinant bacterial strains expressing the parvovirus antigen on their surface allows the economical production of vaccines for the treatment and prevention of canine parvovirus infection and feline panleukopenia.

摘要: A cooking apparatus capable of uniformly heating and cooking food laid on a grill unit using thermal energy radiated from a heating unit, includes a cabinet opened at a top surface thereof to provide an opening over which the food to be cooked is laid. A grill unit is seated in the opening of the cabinet so as to support the food over the opening. A heating unit is installed in the cabinet at a position offset from an effective grill part of the grill unit so that a front surface of the heating unit faces the grill unit to transmit thermal energy to the grill unit supporting the food laid thereon. The cooking apparatus also includes a heat blocking member to block a part of the thermal energy transmitted to an edge of the grill unit, thus allowing the thermal energy to be uniformly transmitted to the food laid on the grill unit. Thus, the cooking apparatus of the present invention allows food laid close to the edge and food laid on a central portion of the grill unit to be uniformly heated and cooked.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for improving folding efficiency and solubility of a target protein linked to a RNA-binding protein by using RNA molecule as a molecular chaperone, wherein the RNA molecule interacts with the RNA-binding protein. More particularly, the present invention discloses method for improving folding efficiency and solubility of a target protein by transformation of a host cell with a expression vector comprising a polynucleotide encoding the target protein linked to an RNA-binding protein; culturing the transformed host cell in an appropriate culture medium under the condition that an RNA molecule either resident inside the host cell or provided by cotransformation of the host cell with polynucleotide encoding the RNA molecule interacts with the RNA-binding protein; and purifying the soluble protein from host cell lysate. The method of the present invention is very useful for production of soluble proteins for therapeutic, prophylactic and diagnostic applications.
