A new class of the memory cell is proposed. There are two separated pulse data writing and sensing current paths. The in-plane pulse current is used to flip the magnetization direction of the perpendicular-anisotropy data storage layer sandwiched between a heavy metal writing current-carrying layer and a dielectric layer. The magnetization state within data storage layer is detected by the patterned perpendicular-anisotropy tunneling magnetoresistive (TMR) stack via the output potential of the stack. Two detailed memory cells are proposed: in one proposed cell, the data storage layer is independent from but kept close to the sensing TMR stack, whose magnetization orientation affects magnetization configuration within the free layer of the TMR stack, therefor ultimately affects the output potential of the stack; in the other proposed cell, the perpendicular-anisotropy data storage layer is the free layer of the sensing TMR stack, whose magnetization state will directly affect the output potential of the stack when sensing current passes through.

The present invention provides a method for cutting a panel substrate and a substrate cutting apparatus. The substrate cutting apparatus comprises a first cutting unit and a second cutting unit. The method comprises the following steps: cutting off a first residual material and a second residual material at two opposite sides of the panel substrate; cutting off a third residual material and a fourth residual material at another two opposite sides of the panel substrate; cutting the panel substrate into a plurality of elongated substrates; and cutting each of the elongated substrates into the panel units. The present invention can reduce a process time for cutting the panel substrate.

The present invention greatly improves the performance of a LTE-A system and greatly reduces feedback overhead. The present invention is a scalable feedback solution and may be flexibly applied to various coordinated multipoint transmission scenarios.

In order to solve the technical problem in the prior art that different spatial correlation modes are applicable for the transmission antennas in the base station under different working modes is not considered, the present invention provides a method and device for selecting the antenna at the base station. Wherein, the spatial correlation mode information among the multiple transmission antenna elements is determined by the base station according to the working mode; then, multiple transmission antenna elements are selected from several antenna elements to transmit the signal, according to the spatial correlation mode information. With the solution in the present invention, the base station may flexibly choose channel characteristic of strong spatial correlation and/or high DoF. When the base station is working under a closed-loop mode, transmission antennas may be selected to satisfy the strong spatial correlation, thereby the feedback over-head is reduced, and the robustness against the feedback delay is increased, and the quantization error is reduced. When the base station is working under an open-loop mode, transmission antennas may be selected to satisfy the weak spatial correlation, thereby the spatial DoF is increased, and the diversity and/or multi-plexing gain is introduced.

By jointly precoding the modulated signals to be sent, the multiple BSs send the precoded signals to the multiple mobile stations (MSs) over the same time-frequency resources. The signal to be sent is transmitted to the multiple MSs in the MDHO zone. Due to the adoption of the precoding technique, each MS makes no or small interference to other MSs. Since the multiple BSs that serve one MDHO zone serve multiple MSs over the same time-frequency resources, the system capacity in the MDHO zone is greatly improved.

The method comprises: obtaining, for a mobile station in the multi-user macro-diversity transmission system, a first sub-precoder that guarantees orthogonality between equivalent channels of users; obtaining a second sub-precoder by performing QR decomposition based on equivalent channels precoded through the first sub-precoder; obtaining a final pre-coder with respect to the mobile station by combining the first sub-precoder and the second sub-precoder; and performing pre-coding on data of the mobile station with the final precoder The present invention further provides a corresponding base station and a multi-user macro-diversity transmission system. Through the technical solution of the present invention, the multi-user macro-diversity transmission system may achieve more macro-diversity gain, thereby greatly enhancing the performance of the multi-user macro-diversity transmission.
