Abstract:
An insulated wire, containing a conductor, an insulating layer that directly or indirectly coats the outer periphery of the conductor and includes a foaming thermosetting resin, and an outer non-foamed insulating layer that directly or indirectly coats the outer periphery of the insulating layer, wherein the insulating layer has a thickness deformation ratio of 15% or more and 50% or less upon applying a pressure of 1 MPa at 25° C., wherein the outer non-foamed insulating layer has pencil hardness of 4H or more, and wherein a ratio of thickness of the insulating layer to the outer non-foamed insulating layer is 20:80 to 80:20; and a motor, wherein the insulated wire is wound into a stator slot in a state in which pressure is applied in a direction for reducing the outer diameter of the insulated wire and a thickness of the insulating layer is reduced.
Abstract:
An insulated wire, containing: a conductor; a foamed insulating layer; and an unfoamed filled layer on the outer circumference of the foamed insulating layer, in which the filled layer contains a partial discharge resistant material, which insulated wire has all of high partial discharge inception voltage, resistance to partial discharge, heat resistance, and abrasion resistance (scratch resistance).
Abstract:
An insulated wire, containing: an insulating film made from a thermosetting resin disposed on a conductor directly or via an insulating layer interposed therebetween, in which the insulating film made from a thermosetting resin is a layer containing bubbles prepared by baking a varnish of thermosetting resin, and a layer containing no bubbles is formed as an upper or lower layer of the layer containing bubbles.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a multilayer insulated electric wire to achieve a good balance between heat resistance and voltage resistance characteristics, then satisfy IEC standards Pub. 61558 which require strict voltage regulation, and electric or electronic equipment such as transformer formed by winding the insulated electric wire. The present invention is a multilayer insulated electric wire including two or more insulating layers, wherein at least one layer of the insulating layers other than the outermost layer is an insulating layer containing a resin having a melting point of 200° C. or higher and a tensile modulus of elasticity at 25° C. of 1000 MPa or less, and the multilayer insulated electric wire is coated with a resin material (also simply called a resin) having a tensile modulus of elasticity at 25° C. of 1000 MPa or more as the outermost layer, and electric or electronic equipment such as transformer formed by winding the insulated electric wire.
Abstract:
An insulated wire having a rectangular shaped cross-section, containing: a conductor having a rectangular shaped cross-section; and an insulating layer coated on the conductor, in which the insulating layer has a foamed layer composed of a thermosetting resin containing bubbles, the cross-section of the insulating layer has a shape composed of a flat portion and a corner portion, and the insulating layer satisfies the relationship represented by the following formula: ∈1 (T1/∈1) wherein T1 [μm] represents a thickness of the flat portion; ∈1 represents a relative dielectric constant of the flat portion; T2 [μm] represents a thickness of the corner portion; and ∈2 represents a relative dielectric constant of the corner portion, and an electric/electronic equipment, a motor, or a transformer, using the insulated wire.
