Abstract: A network access control method and an apparatus are disclosed. The method includes controlling, by a first network device if determining that a terminal device already establishes a second data connection to a second network, the terminal device to stop establishment of a first data connection to a first network, or controlling the terminal device to end the second data connection, to smoothly establish a first data connection. In this way, it can be ensured that a data connection exists between the terminal device and one network, and it can be ensured that the terminal device can normally transmit data.

Abstract: A detection method, a communication apparatus, and a communication system are provided. The method includes: when a first detection result of a detected QoS flow meets a first trigger condition, detecting the QoS flow based on a first detection execution action corresponding to the first trigger condition, where the first detection execution action includes a detection frequency; and reporting a second detection result detected based on the first detection execution action. In this solution, the first trigger condition is searched for based on the first detection result, next detection of the QoS flow is performed based on the first detection execution action corresponding to the found trigger condition, and the second detection result is reported. Because a detection execution action is determined based on a previous detection result, a detection execution action corresponding to the QoS flow can be accurately determined.

The method includes: receiving, by a security node network element, a first data packet carrying first user plane data or first control signaling from a terminal, the first data packet is transmitted via a first security connection or a second security connection, the first security connection is used to transmit the first data packet carrying the first user plane data, and the second security connection is used to transmit the first data packet carrying the first control signaling; and sending the first control signaling to a control plane function entity if the first data packet is transmitted via the second security connection. According to the embodiments of the present invention, a security problem existing when control signaling is transmitted between a security node network element and a terminal can be resolved.
