A variable spoiler apparatus for a vehicle may include a driving portion including a gear set configured to provide a predetermined speed reduction ratio, wherein a driving motor and a driving shaft for supplying rotational force of the driving motor may be connected to the gear set, and a linkage, wherein a base bracket to which the driving shaft of the driving portion may be connected may be provided on the linkage, wherein the linkage includes a plurality of links that may be connected to a spoiler bracket connected to the driving shaft, the base bracket and a spoiler, and wherein the plurality of links may be rotated together with the driving shaft when the driving motor of the driving portion operates thereby to draw out or stow the spoiler such that angle and height of the spoiler may be varied.
Abstract:
A variable deflector apparatus for a side step of a vehicle may include a slide plate receiving power from a drive device to be received in and drawn out from the side step, and a side-step deflector comprising a plurality of joints connected to each other in a row to be coupled with the slide plate and folded or unfolded with respect to a junction of each of the joints, in which the side-step deflector is configured to be received together with the slide plate when it is received in the side step and to be drawn out together with the slide plate and simultaneously separated therefrom when the slide plate is drawn out from the side step, and a drawn-out portion of the side-step deflector separated from the slide plate is configured to be perpendicularly deployed downwards from the side step, thus improving aerodynamic performance of the vehicle.
Abstract:
A bicycle carrier apparatus for a vehicle may include a slide carrier configured to slidably move in forward and backward directions on a bumper back beam to be drawn out or accommodated, an extended support installed on the slide carrier to be extended and spread in both side directions and formed to carry a bicycle thereon, and an expandable box seated on the extended support and carried on the slide carrier, to have an accommodation space formed therein, and to be expanded or contracted in a spreading direction of the extended support when the extended support is extended and spread.
Abstract:
A carrier apparatus for a vehicle may include guide rails, a carrier, an extending bar, an extending linkage, a support unit and lamps. The guide rails may be symmetrically disposed under a rear bumper beam and extend in a front-rear direction. The carrier may have a panel and sliding rails and be stowed in or drawn out from the rear bumper beam. The extending bar may be coupled to a driving unit disposed on a front of the carrier and extend rearward from the driving unit and be connected to the panel. The extending linkage may include a plurality of links on the the extending bar which open laterally away from the extending bar when the driving unit operates. The support unit may be connected to the links and moves laterally with the links. The lamps may be mounted on the support unit and slide laterally with the support unit.
Abstract:
A spoiler apparatus for a rear bumper of a vehicle may include a spoiler rod that is selectively movable forward/backward through a hole of a rear back beam, and a spoiler panel coupled to a rear end of the spoiler rod and selectively engaged with the rear bumper, wherein the spoiler panel separates and protrudes backward from the rear bumper, as the spoiler rod moves backward.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a one coat painting composition comprising a base including a polyester resin in an amount of about 15 to 45 wt %, a first acrylic resin in an amount of about 15 to 25 wt %, and a second acrylic resin in an amount of about 35 to 65 wt % and a coating method thereof. The composition makes it possible to maintain and improve a high gloss finish of a high gloss injection molded substrate through a single primary coating on the substrate and satisfies environment resistant properties of exterior parts, such as adhesiveness, weather resistance, and scratch resistance, and, thus, is widely suitable for use on exterior plastic parts of automobiles.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a drying apparatus for a vehicle using vehicle induced wind. The drying apparatus is capable of drying a wet object using vehicle induced wind generated by the driving of the vehicle. The apparatus includes a storage cover that is rotatably coupled to a rear bumper cover via a hinge module, to form a storage space between the storage cover and the rear bumper cover. In addition the apparatus includes an inlet cover that is coupled to the rear bumper cover to form an inlet passage through which the vehicle induced wind flows into the storage space when the vehicle is being driven. A plurality of outlet holes are formed in the rear bumper cover, and are configured to operate as a passage to allow air to be discharged from the storage space to an exterior of the vehicle.
Abstract:

Abstract:
The present invention provides a variable aerodynamic system for a vehicle. The system includes an active air skirt, an active rear spoiler, and an active rear bumper spoiler of which one or more are selected and deployed by a controller, while a vehicle is running, when the controller receives information obtained by a detector, and determines that the obtained information satisfies conditions inputted in advance by comparing the obtained information with the conditions inputted in advance. The height from an end of a front bumper to a front wheel center is within a predetermined value.
Abstract:
A lower stiffener is provided for a bumper of a vehicle. The lower stiffener is mounted on a lower portion of a bumper beam or a front end module (FEM) carrier of the vehicle. The lower stiffener includes a pair of core portions formed by extending in a width direction of the vehicle in an elongated loop shape corresponding to a shape of the bumper of the vehicle, and arranged parallel to each other at a regular interval. A pair of molding portions surrounds the core portions, respectively and a connection portion connects and integrates the pair of molding portions with each other.
