摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention is characterized by comprising: about 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin including one or more of a polypropylene resin and an ethylene-propylene block copolymer; about 10 parts by weight to about 60 parts by weight of a phosphorus nitrogen-based flame retardant; about 0.05 parts by weight to about 10 parts by weight of a maleic anhydride-modified olefin-based polymer; and about 5 parts by weight to about 40 parts by weight of talc having a calcium content of about 0.1% by weight or less. The thermoplastic resin composition has excellent flame retardancy, impact resistance, rigidity, molding processability, etc.

摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises: about 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; about 3 parts by weight to about 20 parts by weight of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl copolymer resin; about 12 parts by weight to about 28 parts by weight of talc having an average particle size of about 8 μm to about 20 μm and a blackness degree L* of less than about 90; about 5 parts by weight to about 20 parts by weight of acicular inorganic fillers; and about 10 parts by weight to about 30 parts by weight of a phosphorus flame retardant. The thermoplastic resin composition can have good properties in terms of light shielding, impact resistance, dimensional stability, flame retardancy, balance therebetween, and the like.

摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: about 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; about 10 to about 40 parts by weight of a polyester resin; about 0.1 to about 1.0 parts by weight of a chain extender; about 50 to about 80 parts by weight of glass fibers; about 10 to about 25 parts by weight of a phosphorus flame retardant; and about 1 to about 7 parts by weight of a modified polyolefin, wherein the weight ratio of the polyester resin and the chain extender is about 1:0.01 to about 1:0.06. The thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in dimensional stability, flame retardancy, impact resistance, and the like.

The thermoplastic resin composition is usable for the production of molded article as a reflector or reflector cup for a LED (light-emitting diode) that maintains reflectance at elevated temperature.
