摘要: A battery-cooling device for a vehicle is provided. The device includes a plurality of frames provided with battery cells mounted thereto and having apertures provided in opposite side surfaces of lower ends of the frames. A pipe is inserted through the apertures. A coolant inlet is mounted on a first side surface of a lower end of each of the plurality of frames and communicates with a first end of the pipe. A coolant is introduced into the coolant inlet. Additionally, a coolant outlet is mounted on a second side surface of the lower end of each of the plurality of frames and communicates with a second end of the pipe. The coolant is then discharged from the coolant outlet.

摘要: A battery system is provided. The system includes a channel plate of which one side surface is contacted with a battery module and includes a cooling channel therein in which refrigerant circulates to cool the battery module. A first end plate supplies the refrigerant transmitted from the outside through an inflow port to the channel plate and transmits the refrigerant passing through the channel plate to the outside through an outflow port and is coupled to the channel plate to form a space surrounding the battery module. A second end plate is coupled to the channel plate opposite the first end plate to form the space surrounding the battery module. A cover plate is coupled to the first end plate and the second end plate opposite the channel plate to form the space surrounding the battery module.

摘要: A safety device for preventing overcharging of a battery includes: a battery stack including a plurality of cells; a safety circuit connected to two or more cells and provided with an electrical conduction control unit that controls electrical conduction; and a closed circuit disposed between the cells connected to the safety circuit and provided with a switching unit which is switched on or off upon cell swelling, such that when cell swelling occurs, the switching unit is switched on by a pressing force, disabling the electrical conduction control unit of the safety circuit so electrical conduction between the cells is established via the switching unit, and when cell swelling occurs again, the switching unit is switched off, cutting off the electrical conduction between the cells.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a safety apparatus for a battery module of an electric vehicle preventing an entire electrode of a battery cell from fracturing due to a swelling expansive force upon overcharging, the apparatus including an end plate and a power supply unit. The end plate is disposed at ends of both sides of a battery module, includes an opening, and delivers an expansive force generated in the battery module to the exterior through the opening upon swelling. The power supply unit is disposed in the end plate and interrupts a current supplied to the battery module using the expansive force delivered through the opening.

摘要: An apparatus of cooling a vehicle battery is provided. A battery module includes a module housing having an open bottom portion, with an accommodation space for accommodating a plurality of battery cells in the accommodation space, and a plurality of battery cells accommodated in the accommodation space of the module housing, with bottom surfaces of the plurality of battery cells being exposed through the open bottom portion of the module housing. A lower housing has an accommodation space in which the battery module is accommodated. The lower housing includes a cooling unit cooling the battery module and is configured for being attached to a bottom portion of a vehicle floor. Heat-conductive filler is applied on a seating surface of the lower housing, on which the plurality of battery cells are accommodated, to be in contact with the bottom surfaces of the plurality of battery cells exposed externally through the bottom portion of the module housing.

摘要: A battery pack is provided and includes a battery module that has a plurality of stacked battery cells and an end cover disposed on an outer side to face an outermost battery cell. A case having a receiving space accommodates the battery module and the receiving space has a side wall facing the end cover. A surface pressure patch is disposed between the end cover of the battery module and the side wall which are disposed in the receiving space, and is configured to apply a pressure to an inside of the battery module when an interval between the end cover and the side wall is closer to a predetermined interval due to swelling of the battery cell.
