    Abstract: A display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a display medium layer, and a light-shielding pattern. The second substrate includes a conductive wire. The display medium layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The light-shielding pattern is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The conductive wire is projected onto the first substrate along a first direction to obtain a projected line. The projected line includes a first border. The light-shielding pattern includes a first edge. The first edge includes a first curving rim. The first curving rim is adjacent to the first border.

    Abstract: An electrode layer of a display panel includes a first trunk electrode extended along a first direction and a plurality of first and second branch electrodes disposed on two sides of the first trunk electrode. The first branch electrodes are separated by a distance (T). The first branch electrode has a first curved side, and the second branch electrode has a second curved side. The first curved side and second curved side have a first shortest distance (A) therebetween along a second direction. A first vertex is the highest point or lowest point of the first curved side along the first direction, and a second vertex is the highest point or lowest point of the second curved side along the first direction. The first vertex and second vertex have a second shortest distance (B) therebetween along the second direction. The equation of 0.5T≦(B−A)≦T is satisfied.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate and an electrode layer including at least a first part and a second part.     Abstract: A touch display device includes a substrate, first light emitting units, second light emitting units, an insulation layer, and mesh units. The first and the second light emitting units are disposed on the substrate. The second light emitting units are greater than the first light emitting units in area. The insulation layer is disposed on the first and the second light emitting units. The mesh units are disposed on the insulation layer. Each of the mesh units has a mesh frame and a mesh opening. At least one of the first light emitting units and at least one of the second light emitting units are disposed in the mesh opening respectively. A gap is disposed between a first end portion of at least one of the mesh frames and a second end portion of the mesh frame, and the first end portion is electrically connected to the second end portion.

    Abstract: In a display device, the display device includes a substrate, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a semiconductor layer, an opposite substrate and a display medium layer. The first conductive layer is disposed on the substrate and includes a trace portion extending along a first direction and a protrusive portion extending from the trace portion. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer and includes a wiring portion extending along a second direction. The semiconductor layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. When viewed in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, the semiconductor layer is fully located in the first conductive layer, an edge of the semiconductor layer overlaps the trace portion, and another edge of the semiconductor layer overlaps the protrusive portion. The display medium layer is disposed between the substrate and the opposite substrate.

    Abstract: In a display device, a substrate has a pixel structure which has a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and an oxide semiconductor layer. A trace portion of the first conductive layer extends along a first direction and has first and second opposite sides. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer and has two contact portions respectively disposed on the first and second sides. The oxide semiconductor layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. Two ends of the oxide semiconductor layer contact the two contact portions respectively and the oxide semiconductor layer has a first width along the first direction, one of the contact portion and the first conductive layer have an overlap region which has a second width as maximum along the first direction, and the first width is narrower than the second width.
