    Abstract: A light-emitting display panel is provided. The light-emitting display panel includes a substrate. The substrate includes a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area. A light-emitting display structure is disposed on the display area. A first section wall is disposed on the peripheral area. The first section wall surrounds the light-emitting display structure. An enclosed wall is disposed on the peripheral area. The enclosed wall surrounds the first section wall. The enclosed wall is positioned outside the first section wall. A first inorganic material layer covers the light-emitting display structure. The first inorganic material layer covers the top surface of the array substrate outside the enclosed wall.

    Abstract: A light emitting device and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. Herein, the light emitting device comprises: a substrate having a light emitting region and a sealing region surrounding the light emitting region; an OLED unit disposed over the light emitting region; a protection layer disposed over the OLED unit; a support unit disposed over the sealing region, wherein materials of the protection layer and the support unit are the same, and the support unit connects to the protection layer; and a cover disposed over the protection layer and the support unit; wherein a first height is between a surface of the support unit adjacent to the cover and a surface of the substrate, a second height is between a surface of the protection layer adjacent to the cover and the surface of the substrate, and the first height is larger than the second height.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method of forming array substrates having a peripheral wiring area and a display area. The method is processed by only three lithography processes with two multi-tone photomasks and one general photomask. In the peripheral wiring area, the top conductive line directly contacts the bottom conductive line without any other conductive layer.
