    Abstract: A display device including a substrate, first and second reference voltage lines, a first insulation layer is provided. The first and second reference voltage lines are disposed in a peripheral area of the substrate. The first insulation layer having a groove is disposed on the first reference voltage line. The groove extends along a first direction and exposes a contact portion of the first reference voltage line. The first insulation layer covers a first covered portion of the first reference voltage line. The second reference voltage line contacts the contact portion at the groove and has a contact surface. In a second direction, a first width W1 of the contact surface, a second width W2 of the first reference voltage line and a third width W3 of the first covered portion are complied with 1≤W1≤(W2-W3), wherein W3 is greater than 0 and smaller than W2.

    Abstract: In a display device, the display device includes a substrate, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a semiconductor layer, an opposite substrate and a display medium layer. The first conductive layer is disposed on the substrate and includes a trace portion extending along a first direction and a protrusive portion extending from the trace portion. The second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer and includes a wiring portion extending along a second direction. The semiconductor layer is disposed on the substrate. When viewed in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, an interface disposes between the trace portion and the protrusive portion, a virtual extending line overlaps the second edge and the interface, and the semiconductor layer extends beyond the virtual extending line. The display medium layer is disposed between the substrate and the opposite substrate.

    Abstract: A touch display panel includes a substrate, a first electrode layer, and a second electrode layer. The first and second electrode layers are disposed on the substrate. The second electrode layer electrically connects to the first electrode layer and includes a plurality of sensing electrodes. Each sensing electrode includes a plurality of first conductive lines and a plurality of second conductive lines connected to each other. The first and second conductive lines are respectively arranged along first and second directions, wherein the second direction is different from the first direction. In one of two adjacent sensing electrodes, the outermost first conductive line has at least one first edge and at least one second edge connected to the first edge. The first edge corresponds to one of the second conductive lines of the other one of the two adjacent sensing electrodes, and has a curved shape.
