摘要: A device for allocating a channel by using wireless access in a vehicular environment in which an onboard unit is provided in a vehicle and at least one roadside unit is provided, receives a service announcement message from at least one roadside unit, uses the service announcement message to generate an available service table, determines whether the available service table has roadside unit entries for transmitting the service announcement message, and if so, compares average RSSI provided by the roadside units to select a roadside unit to access, selects a channel that corresponds to the service provider ID with the highest priority from among the service provided by the selected roadside unit, and assigns the selected channel as a service channel to exchange information with the roadside unit.

摘要: Provided are a method and apparatus for detecting bio-complexes that are important sub protein interaction networks using a rule-based template in large interaction networks present in a single species. The method includes (a) defining a rule-based template corresponding to a bio-complex to be detected by defining a node that consists of at least one protein, a triplet that consists of two defined nodes and a protein interaction relationship therebetween, and single and composite rules using the triplet and an operator; (b) analyzing the rules of the defined rule-based template by analyzing whether the protein corresponding to the node included in the defined rule-based template and the protein interaction relationship corresponding to the triplet are present in a protein interaction network; and (c) detecting a bio-complex in the protein interaction network by assessing the triplet included in the rules analyzed and the node included in the triplet using a protein interaction relationship and protein of the protein interaction networks.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a transparent optical film, including an optically structured layer, which is a sheet formed of a transparent polymeric material and composed of a first surface having three-dimensional structures thereon and a second surface opposite the first surface, and a damage prevention layer formed on the second surface of the optically structured layer and composed of a transparent polymeric material and spherical organic or inorganic particles. The damage prevention layer has protruding surface portions formed by the particles protruding from the transparent polymeric material. The optical film of the current invention is advantageous because the prism structure and the opposite surface of the optical film are prevented from damage due to external impact, vibration and friction, and the attachment of impurities due to frictional static charges is prevented. Further, the front luminance and optical properties of the optical film are improved.

摘要: A tunable oscillator circuit is disclosed. The tunable oscillator circuit includes an inductor/capacitor (LC) tank circuit comprising a primary inductor coupled in parallel with a first capacitor bank. The LC tank resonates to produce an oscillating voltage at a frequency. The tunable oscillator circuit also includes a 90 degree phase shift buffer coupled to the LC tank and a transconductor. The transconductor is coupled to the 90 degree phase shift buffer and a secondary inductor. The tunable oscillator circuit also includes a secondary inductor that is inductively coupled to the primary inductor and receives a gain-scaled oscillating current from the transconductor. By changing the transconductance, the gain-scaled oscillating current in the secondary inductor will change, thus the effective primary inductance and the oscillation frequency can be tuned.
