    摘要: This invention relates to a gas liquefying method in which a power saving of a compressor for refrigerant can be attained. The pre-cooled gas flow, the high pressure vapor flow and the high pressure condenced liquid flow obtained by gas-liquid separation of partial condensed high pressure multi-component refrigerant are fed from the upper part of the high temperature region of the upright plate-fin type heat exchanger having its upper side applied as the high temperature region and its lower side applied as the low temperature region so as to be cooled, the cooled gas flow and the high pressure vapor flow are fed from the upper part of the low temperature region into the different flow passages so as to be cooled there, the liquefied gas is recovered from the lower part of the low temperature region, the vapor part and the liquid part obtained by expanding the liquefied high pressure vapor flow extracted from the lower part of the low temperature region are separated into gas and liquid, thereafter they are mixed to each other, fed from the lower part of the different flow passage in the low temperature region, used as the source of cold heat, then the mixture is extracted from the upper part of the low temperature region, mixed with a flow obtained by expanding the high pressure condensed liquid flow of the multi-component refrigerant passed through the high temperature region and further the mixture is divided into gas and liquid, the vapor part and the liquid part are mixed to each other, fed from the lower part of the different flow passage in the high temperature region and used as a source of cold heat, and extracted from the upper part of the high temperature region, compressed and cooled and further it is circulated as the partial condensed high pressure multi-component refrigerant.

    摘要: A noise removing filter removes noise from an input image and an edge component extracting unit extracts edge components. The edge components are extracted by calculating a difference between the input image and a smoothed image, which is obtained by smoothing the input image in a smoothed image generating portion. An edge component comparing unit compares the extracted edge components with a threshold value and a sum calculating unit calculates the sum of the edge components greater than the threshold value. A control circuit determines, the enhancement degree of the edges based on the sum and averaged luminance of the input image calculated by an average luminance calculating unit. An enhancement degree adjustment unit adjusts the determined enhancement degree, and an edge component enhancement unit enhances the edge components based on this enhancement degree and adds it to the input image to perform edge enhancement processing.

    摘要: A method for molding an in-mold coating product including a substrate and a coating formed on a surface of the substrate. A first mold including a fixed mold piece is closed to form a substrate cavity therein. The substrate cavity is charged with a resin to form the substrate with a seal projection formed near the parting line of the first mold. Then, a second mold, which uses the fixed mold piece of the first mold, is closed with the substrate arranged on the fixed mold piece to form a coating cavity therein. The second mold deforms the seal projection so that when a coating material is charged into the coating cavity, the coating material does not leak out toward the parting line of the second mold.

The mold has a leakage suppressing portion for suppressing leakage of the molding material to a clearance of the mold. The gates include gates of different distances from the leakage suppressing portion. As the molding material, a material the fluidity of which is a spiral flow length of 20 to 70 cm is prepared. The injection pressure of the molding material from the gates of the different distances from the leakage suppression portion is equalized. The gate that is farther from the leakage suppressing portion is caused to first start injecting the molding material into the molding cavity.
