摘要: Fiber reinforced cement is continuously prepared by forming a conveyor by connecting a plurality of suction boxes each having a perforated plate, contacting the perforated plates of the suction boxes with a filter cloth and moving the suction boxes with the filter cloth at a synchronous speed, feeding a cementitious slurry and a fiber on the filter cloth, removing excess water by suction from the cementitious slurry through a suction trough connected to a suction device, and releasing the suction on the suction boxes to separate the filter cloth from the perforated plates of the suction boxes.

摘要: An apparatus for continuous liquid-solid separation has suction boxes which respectively have a suction hole on a rear surface and a perforated surface at a front surface and said suction boxes being connected in series to form a conveyor and said suction holes being connected to a suction trough so as to give the sucking condition of the suction boxes in the zone of the suction trough wherein a filter cloth is contacted with the perforated surfaces of the suction boxes and is held by side plates which can be closed and opened at both sides of the suction boxes and the filter cloth and the suction boxes are moved at the synchronized velocity under suction.

摘要: An automatic sample analyzer includes: a pipette, a pipette driving device which moves the pipette to a sample vessel present in a predetermined position to cause the pipette to suck up a sample from the sample vessel, and then moves the pipette to an open vessel provided in another predetermined position to cause the pipette to discharge the sample into the open vessel, and an analyzing section for analyzing the discharged sample, the pipette driving device comprising a vertically movable main arm and an elongated guide arm cantilevered by the main arm and extending horizontally, the guide arm having a smaller flexural rigidity than the main arm, wherein the main arm vertically moves the pipette when the sample is to be sucked up from the sample vessel, and the guide arm guides the pipette to the open vessel and then vertically moves the pipette when the sample is to be discharged into the open vessel.

摘要: A small, inexpensive, and easy-to-use automated immunochemical anlayzer is provided. The automated immunochemical analyzer comprises at least one reaction plate of disposable type forming a plurality of containers in one body, a table that can be drawn out for mounting the reaction plates, a table can be drawn out for mounting specimen racks, a reagent thermostatic unit, a reaction thermostatic unit, a reaction plate holding part, an apparatus for aspirating and discharging sample liquid, and an XY moving part mounting the reaction plate holding part and the apparatus for aspirating and discharging sample liquid. First, by the XY moving part, the holding part holds the reaction plate before use from the table for mounting the reaction plates and moves up to the reaction thermostats unit. Consequently, by the XY moving part, the apparatus for aspirating and discharging sample liquid is moved reciprocally among the specimen rack, reagent thermostatic unit, and reaction thermostatic unit, thereby distributing specimens and reagents to the reaction plate. THe distributed liquid is kept in a thermostatic state, and shaken and agitated, thereby promoting the antigen-antibody reaction. The reaction liquid is sample by the apparatus for aspirating and discharging sample liquid, and is measured.

摘要: An apparatus for aspirating and discharging a specific volume of liquid sample, such as specimen and reagent, has a reaction plate serving a holding function and having a plurality of reaction containers, is provided which is low in cost and compact in design. On one side of a belt applied on two pulleys driven by one driving source an arm for holding a pipet is provided, while a reaction plate holding part is mounted on the other side of the belt (112), thereby constructing an apparatus for aspirating and discharging a liquid sample. When the arm ascends, the holding part descends, and when the arm descends, the holding part ascends. Thus, the arm and holding part are moved mutually in opposite directions by one driving source.
