A head pipe (23) is formed on a front frame (22) of the body frame. The head pipe has an adjustment mechanism (60) for adjusting a position and an angle of a center line (A1) of a steering shaft (42) relative to a center line (C1) of the head pipe. A rear frame (24) of the body frame has rear walls formed with pluralities of rear mount portions (27) to allow rear units (91, 171, 265) of different kinds for the two-, three- and four-wheeled automotive vehicles to be selectively mounted.

摘要： A system for performing posture control of a motorcycle is such that in outputting a synthesized output by adjusting a yaw direction output and a roll direction output outputted from a displacement detection sensor by an adjustment part respectively, a synthesized output in which the yaw direction output is larger than the roll direction output is outputted when a vehicle speed is low, and a synthesized output in which the roll direction output is larger than the yaw direction output is outputted when the vehicle speed is high. Accordingly, in either a case where the vehicle is traveling at a low speed or a case where the vehicle is traveling at a high speed, the displacement and the behavior of a motorcycle 10 can be detected with high accuracy thus eventually realizing a control of the posture of the motorcycle 10 with high accuracy.

The information is transmitted/received between the attachable/detachable operation key and the cellular phone main body by cable or by radio.

摘要： A head mounted image display includes an image display body for projecting an image on each eye of an observer and a mount supporting device capable of removably mounting the image display body on the observer's head. The mount supporting device has a sinciput contact member and left and right occiput contact members. When the sinciput contact member and the left and right occiput contact members come into contact with the corresponding parts of the head, resistance forces are produced in the contact parts of the left and right occiput contact members by the moment of gravity of the image display body. The image display body can be supported by the contact force of the sinciput contact member and the resistance forces acting on the contact parts of the left and right occiput contact members. In this way, the image display body is firmly supported in a correct mounting state and an image observation can be favorably made.

摘要： In a semiconductor device, a metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) is formed in a semiconductor substrate, and an isolation layer is formed on the semiconductor substrate so as to extend along a side of the semiconductor substrate. A first conductive layer is formed on the isolation layer along the side of the semiconductor substrate so as to be electrically connected to a gate of the MOSFET. A second conductive layer is formed on the isolation layer along the side of the semiconductor substrate so as to be electrically connected to a drain of the MOSFET. A protection circuit is made of at least two diodes which are defined between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer.
