    摘要: A fiber conductor wire structure includes a fiber conductor and a terminal. The fiber conductor has a first portion with an outer insulating resin and a second portion with an outer conductive metal. The second portion defines a knot. The terminal has a hole for inserting the fiber conductor. The hole has a receiving portion configured to receive the knot in locked engagement and electrical connection with the terminal. A connecting method for the fiber conductor wire includes forming a knot with a portion of a fiber conductor having an outer conductive metal, inserting the fiber conductor into a hole of a terminal, and pulling the fiber conductor through the hole to engage the knot with a receiving portion of the terminal to place the knot in locked engagement and electrical connection with the terminal.

There is also provided a connecting method of a fiber conductor wire comprising the steps of forming a not by tying loosely a fiber conductor; inserting the fiber conductor into a hole of a terminal; and pulling the fiber conductor to engage the knot with a receiving portion of the hole and to electrically connect the knot to the receiving portion.

    摘要: A cleaning device in an electrostatic copying apparatus, for removing residual toner particles from the surface of a photosensitive member adapted to move through an endless conveying passage, includes a blade holding mechanism mounted pivotally around an axis extending substantially parallel to the surface of the photosensitive member and substantially perpendicular to the moving direction of the photosensitive member, and a cleaning blade mounted on the blade holding mechanism. The cleaning device further includes a first spring elastically biasing the blade holding mechanism to a non-operating position in which the cleaning blade is away from the surface of the photosensitive member and an operating mechanism selectively positioning the blade holding mechanism against the elastic biasing action of the first spring to an operating position in which the cleaning blade is pressed against the surface of the photosensitive member. The operating mechanism includes a clutch with an input drivingly connected to the photosensitive member drive system, a cam, a cam follower, and a power transmission arrangement for transmitting power from the cam to position the blade holding mechanism so that the cleaning blade is pressed against the surface of the photosensitive member. The power transmission arrangement includes a first power transmission member, having an input terminal on which the cam acts, and a second power transmission member, having an output terminal acting on the blade holding mechanism.

    摘要: An electrostatic copying apparatus including a support frame having a front support wall and a rear support frame. The support frame is mounted on a housing slidably in the front and rear direction between an operating position within the housing and a pull-out position outside of the housing. A rotating drum and a developing device are mounted on the support frame. Each of the rear surface of the front support wall and the front surface of the rear support wall has a semicircular receiving portion with an open top, and each end of the rotating drum has a shaft bearing member with a circular peripheral surface. By inserting each bearing member into the associated receiving portion, the drum is rotatably mounted. The developing device has a front wall and a rear wall, with a projecting portion formed at the end of each. An abutting lower edge is defined on each projecting portion, and an abutting front edge is defined on each of the front wall and the rear wall, below the projecting portion. The developing device is mounted between the front support wall and the rear support wall with each abutting lower edge abutting against the upper surface of the associated bearing member when that associated bearing member is inserted into its associated receiving portion and with each abutting front edge abutting against the side surface of the associated receiving portion.

    摘要: A connector conduction tester includes a conduction testing section and a connector holding section which are arranged on a stand frame and an operating section for moving the conducting testing section towards the connector holding section, in which a conduction testing operation is carried out with testing pins of the conduction testing section abutted against terminals in a connector. In the tester, the stand frame has a spacer supplying hole which is confronted with a spacer inserting hole formed in a connector set in the connector holding section, and spacer pushing device located below the spacer supplying hole. Furthermore, a conduction testing method in which a connector is set in a connector holding section and a conduction testing section is moved, so that the conduction of terminals in the connector is tested with testing pins, in which a spacer is supplied to a spacer supplying hole in a stand frame which hole is confronted with a spacer inserting hole formed in the connector, and when the connector is engaged with the conduction testing section, the spacer is pushed into the spacer inserting hole from the spacer supplying hole with the aid of pushing device.
