Abstract: The present invention relates to an amorphous alloy having low frictional resistance and capable of improving abrasion resistance, a target made of the amorphous alloy, and a compressor comprising a layer of the amorphous alloy as a coating layer. According to the present invention, it is possible to secure high hardness and a low elastic modulus of the coating layer by controlling a microstructure having an amorphous phase as a primary phase by using Ti-based three-component to five-component amorphous alloys. As a result, it is possible to prevent the coating layer from being peeled off from a matrix or destroyed, and thus it is possible to achieve the effect of improving reliability or durability of a mechanical apparatus such as a compressor

Abstract: The present invention includes a case, a driving motor, a rotating shaft, a cylinder having a compression space formed in a central portion thereof, a roller, a main bearing and a sub bearing, and a vane for partitioning the compression space into a suction chamber and a compression chamber, wherein the vane includes a vane housing provided with a space portion and a communication hole formed through one side of a front end portion thereof to form a flow path of a compressed refrigerant, and a valve member slidably installed in the space portion of the vane housing and selectively communicating the space portion with the compression chamber, wherein the flow path of the compressed refrigerant is formed by the movement of the valve member.

Abstract: Disclosed is a compressor having a torque load reducing unit for moving a center of weight to which a gas force is applied. As the torque load reducing unit is formed at an oval-shaped roller, a distance between a rotation center of the roller and an operation point to which a gas force is applied becomes short. This can reduce a torque load to the roller, and can enhance compression efficiency.

Abstract: A lubricating layer having wear resistance and reliability on the wear resistance, and a compressor including a lubricating layer are provided. The compressor may include a lubricating layer coated on a frictional portion between a rotational shaft and a bearing. The lubricating layer may include at least one metal phase selected from a group consisting of Titanium (Ti); and Copper (Cu), Cobalt (Co), Nickel (Ni), and Zirconium (Zr), and may be a composite structure of amorphous and nanocrystalline materials.
