Abstract: Provided are a method by which a base station controls the access of a terminal, and a device for supporting the same. The method comprises the steps of: receiving, from a core network, information on an RRC connection procedure in which access in an RRC inactive state is restricted; receiving a request for executing the RRC connection procedure from a terminal which is in the RRC inactive state; and transmitting, to the terminal, a message notifying that the requested execution of the RRC connection procedure has been restricted, when the RRC connection procedure requested from the terminal corresponds to the RRC connection procedure in which the access is restricted.

Abstract: One disclosure of the present specification provides a method for supporting redundant protocol data unit (PDU) sessions. The method may be performed by a unified data management (UDM) node and comprise: receiving, from a first session management function (SMF) node, a first message including a first redundancy sequence number (RSN) which is allocated by the first SMF node for managing a first PDU session and an identifier of the first PDU session; transmitting, to a second SMF node for managing a second PDU session, a second message including the first RSN and a PDU session pair ID, which is identical to the identifier of the first PDU session; and receiving, from the second SMF node, a third message including a second RSN which is allocated by the second SMF node and an identifier of the second PDU session. The second PDU session may be duplication of the first PDU session.

Abstract: Provided are a method by which a base station performs vehicle to everything (V2X) communication in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus for supporting the same. The method can comprise the steps of: receiving a V2X bearer indication indicating a V2X bearer, wherein the V2X bearer is a bearer used for a V2X service; determining that the base station supports only a PC5-based V2X service between the PC5-based V2X service or a Uu-based V2X service; postponing a resource allocation for the V2X bearer; and transmitting, to a mobility management entity (MME), information indicating that the resource allocation for the V2X bearer is postponed.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for performing an inter-master eNodeB (MeNB) handover procedure without secondary eNB (SeNB) change in a wireless communication system is provided. A source MeNB transmits a handover request message including a first indication of a SeNB to a target MeNB. The first indication may correspond to a SeNB identifier (ID). Upon receiving the handover request message including the first indication, the target MeNB transmits a SeNB addition request message including a second indication of a UE, served by the SeNB, to the SeNB. The second indication may correspond to an old SeNB UE X2AP ID, which was allocated by the SeNB. Upon receiving the SeNB addition request message including the second indication, the SeNB may transmit a SeNB addition acknowledge message including a third indication of keeping bearers of the SeNB from the SeNB.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for performing a wireless local area network (WLAN) termination (WT) addition/modification procedure in a wireless communication system is provided. For the WT addition procedure, an eNodeB (eNB) transmits a WT Addition Request message to a WT via a Xw interface, and receives a WT Addition Request Acknowledge message from the WT via the Xw interface. For eNB initiated WT modification procedure, the eNB transmits a WT Modification Request message to a WT via a Xw interface, and receives a WT Modification Request Acknowledge message from the WT via the Xw interface. For the WT initiated WT modification procedure, the eNB receives a WT Modification Required message from a WT via a Xw interface, and transmits a WT Modification Confirm message to the WT via the Xw interface. The WT is a logical node that terminates the Xw interface.

Abstract: Provided are a method for performing, by a multi-cell coordination entity (MCE), a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus for supporting the same. The method comprises the steps of: receiving, from an MME, information on a cell group and an indication which instructs the MCE to perform either of a multicast broadcast single frequency network (MBSFN) operation or a single-cell point-to-multipoint (SCPTM) operation; determining to perform either of the MBSFN operation or the SCPTM operation on the basis of the indication; and transmitting, to a base station, the information on the cell group received from the MME, on the basis of the information on the cell group and the determined operation, wherein the information on the cell group may be information related to a cell group to which a V2X message is to be delivered, and the base station may be a base station that manages cells which belong to the cell group to which the V2X message is to be delivered.
