摘要: The invention relates to an onboard network (1) for a vehicle (32), in particular a motor vehicle. The onboard network (1) comprises an electric machine (10) designed for operating in generator mode. The onboard network (1) further comprises a voltage transformer (12) that is at least indirectly connected to the electric machine (10) on the input side and a first energy accumulator (14) connected to the voltage transformer (12) on the output side, in particular an accumulator. The electric machine (10) is designed for the recuperation operation. The voltage transformer (12) is designed to detect or limit a charge state of the first energy accumulator (14) and to regulate the charge state of the first energy accumulator (14) such that the first energy accumulator (14) has a reserve capacity (15) during generator operation, preferably when driving the vehicle in an energy-consuming manner. The voltage transformer (12) is further designed to charge the reserve capacity (15) of the first energy accumulator (14) depending on a recuperation signal (23) received on the input side and representing a recuperation operation of the vehicle (32).

摘要: A load balancing method and system for identifying an input/output (I/O) network path from a set off I/O network paths is provided by the invention. The set off I/O network paths connect a host system via a network to a storage subsystem. The host system comprises at least one host bus adapter (HBA) and the storage subsystem comprises at least one I/O device and the network comprises at least one network device. Each of the HBA, the I/O device and the network device comprise at least one I/O port. For each I/O port of each HBA, an HBA port limit is determined. Additionally the set of I/O network paths which connect the I/O port of each of the HBA via the I/O ports of the network device to the I/O port of the I/O device is identified. Then a fabric utilization limit is determined for each I/O network path and a HBA port utilization is determined for each I/O port of the at least one HBA. All network paths are discarded for which the HBA port utilization is greater than the HBA port limit. For each of the remaining paths a network path distance is determined. All I/O network paths for which the network path distance is greater than the path distance limit are discarded. Then for each of the remaining paths a fabric utilization is determined. All I/O network paths for which the fabric utilization is greater than the fabric utilization limit are discarded and the I/O network path is determined from the remaining network paths.

摘要: Stack and trench memory cells are provided in a DRAM memory cell array. The stack and trench memory cells are arranged so as to form identical cell pairs each having a trench capacitor, a stack capacitor and a semiconductor fin, in which the active areas of two select transistors for addressing the trench and stack capacitors are formed. The semiconductor fins are arranged in succession in the longitudinal direction to form cell rows and in this arrangement are spaced apart from one another by in each case a trench capacitor. Respectively adjacent cell rows are separated from one another by trench isolator structures and are offset with respect to one another by half the length of a cell pair. The semiconductor fins are crossed by at least two active word lines, which are orthogonal with respect to the cell rows, for addressing the select transistors realized in the semiconductor fin.

摘要: The invention relates to an elevator shaft having up to four parallel tracks of the same type, adapted for the operation of a plurality of self-propelled cars per track, and having at least one transfer arrangement for switching tracks and for allowing cars to park on an interim basis, to turn and to pass one another. In order to configure the elevator shaft such that a plurality of cars together can utilize one track in a quadrilateral shaft, it is proposed according to the invention that the elevator shaft has a quadrilateral cross-section of up to four segments each with an independent track, the segments each being disposed such that an axis laid out horizontally through the outwardly-located corner of the cars passes through the center of an imaginary circle which likewise runs through the outer corners of the cars, this center simultaneously forming the center point of the elevator shaft and of the transfer arrangements which have been inserted.

摘要: A device and a method for the control of a generator, for example a claw-pole generator, with which the rectifier bridge connected to the generator can be temporarily short-circuited, as a result of which power is temporarily stored in the stator inductors, which results in higher phase voltages. Suitable selection of the control frequency for a transistor, which makes the short-circuiting of the diode bridge possible, allows an output voltage of the generator to be set to the desired voltage level which is clearly higher than the conventional vehicle electrical system voltage. The diode bridge itself can be replaced by controllable switching elements (transistors) and a voltage adjustment is implemented using suitable controls.

摘要: A device for opening and closing a movable furniture part, in particular a drawer, door or shutter includes two trigger and drive units which each have a trigger member controllable by the action of an external force and a drive member coupled to the trigger member for moving the furniture part and one or more locking members for locking the furniture part in the closed position and release of the furniture part as a function of the action of an external force on one or more trigger members. The two trigger and drive units are coupled to one another synchronously and substantially without play by a path- and force-transmitting means.
