    摘要: The present application discloses a method and device of detecting fatigue driving, comprising: analyzing an eye image in the driver's eye image area with a rectangular feature template to obtain the upper eyelid line; determining the eye closure state according to the curvature or curvature feature value of the upper eyelid line; and collecting statistics on the eye closure state and thereby determining whether the driver is in a fatigue state. The present application determines whether the eyes are opened or closed according to the shape of the upper eyelid, which is more accurate because the upper eyelid line has characteristics of higher relative contrast, anti-interference capacity, and adaptability to the changes in the facial expression.

    摘要: Systems and methods are described for improving gaze estimation based on glints. An example method may be executable to receive glint-location data indicating a location for each of one or more glints that are reflected from an eye. The glint-location data may be captured by an imaging device that is attached to a head-mountable display (HMD). The method may be further executable to determine a plurality of normalized pupil locations comprising at least a first and a second normalized pupil location. Each normalized pupil location may be determined based on the glint-location data for a different combinatoric subset of the one or more glints. The method may be further executable to determine a regression model to fit the plurality of normalized pupil locations to an expected gaze location, and perform a gaze-tracking process based on the regression model.

The bioreactors can include a chamber having at least one positively charged and/or hydrophobic substrate surface, a population of stem cells attached to the substrate surface, an inlet conduit for introducing lymphocytes into the chamber, and an outlet conduit for extracting treated lymphocytes following co-culturing with the stem cells.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for history matching a facies geostatistical model using the ensemble Kalman filter (EnKF) technique. The EnKF is not normally appropriate for discontinuous facies models such as multiple point simulation (MPS). In the method of the invention, an ensemble of realizations are generated and then uniform vectors on which those realizations are based are transformed to Gaussian vectors before applying the EnKF to the Gaussian vectors directly. The updated Gaussian vectors are then transformed back to uniform vectors which are used to update the realizations. The uniform vectors may be vectors on which the realizations are based directly; alternatively each realization may be based on a plurality of uniform vectors linearly combined with combination coefficients. In this case each realization is associated with a uniform vector made up from the combination coefficients, and the combination coefficient vector is then transformed to Gaussian and updated using EnKF.
