    摘要: Provided is a method of commercially advantageously producing a high-quality polyolefin with high yield in a homogeneous system in the presence of a catalyst containing a transition metal compound as a main catalyst component. A method of producing a polyolefin includes polymerizing one or more substances selected from ethylene and a-olefins having 3 to 30 carbon atoms in a saturated hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of a catalyst containing a catalyst component (A) composed of a transition metal compound of Group IV of the periodic table, and a catalyst component (B) composed of an organic aluminoxane, in which the component (B) is obtained by subjecting an organic aluminoxane, which is soluble in a saturated hydrocarbon solvent, to a contact treatment with an organic aluminum compound having an alkyl group with 1 to 10 carbon atoms in advance in the saturated hydrocarbon solvent.

    摘要: The polypropylene film of the present invention satisfies the relationship: TM≧12.5×HST−900, wherein TM is a tensile modulus (MPa) and HST is a heat seal temperature (° C.), and is well-balanced between the tensile modulus and the heat seal temperature, less tacky, and excellent in processability, transparency and impact resistance. The polypropylene film may be produced from a propylene polymer (A) having: (1) a melting point (Tm) of from 120 to 135° C. as measured by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC); (2) a melting endotherm &Dgr;H (J/g) as measured by the DSC, satisfying the following formula: &Dgr;H≧0.45×Tm+22; (3) a peak top half-width (Th) of 5° C. or lower when measured on an elution curve by temperature rising fractionation; and (4) an intrinsic viscosity [&eegr;] of from 1 to 3 dl/g as measured at 135° C. in tetralin. A multilayered polyolefin resin laminate of the present invention comprises at least one outermost layer made of the above polypropylene film, and is well-balanced between a tensile modulus and a heat seal temperature, less tacky and excellent in slipping and anti-blocking properties.

    摘要: A highly crystalline higher α-olefin polymer that is excellent in compatibility with a thermoplastic resin, particularly a polyolefin, compatibility with a lubricant oil, a fuel oil and wax, mixing property with an inorganic filler, and secondary working property, and a process for production thereof are provided. The highly crystalline higher α-olefin polymer is obtained by polymerizing a monomer containing 80% by mol or more of a higher α-olefin having from 22 to 40 carbon atoms, and satisfies the following items (1) and (2). (1) The melting point (Tm), which is observed, by using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), from a melting endothermic curve obtained by maintaining a specimen at 190° C. for 5 minutes under a nitrogen atmosphere, cooling the specimen to −10° C. at a rate of 5° C./min, maintaining at −10° C. for 5 minutes, and then elevating a temperature thereof to 190° C. at a rate of 10° C./min, is from 55 to 100° C. (2) Standards weight average molecular weight (Mw) measured by a gel permeation chromatography (GPC) based on polystyrene is from 1,000 to 5,000,000, and the molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) measured thereby is 5.0 or less.

(3) The stereoregularity index {(mmmm)/(mmrr+rmmr)} is 30 or lower. (3′) The mesopentad content (mmmm) determined from a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrum is 68 to 73%.

    摘要: The propylene polymer of the present invention satisfies (1) a 25° C. hexane soluble content (H25) of 0-80 wt %; and (2) either no melting temperature (Tm) measurable by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), or a melting temperature (Tm) satisfying, if measurable by DSC, the following relationship: ΔH≧3×(Tm−120) wherein ΔH is a melting endotherm (J/g). The propylene homopolymer of the present invention satisfies (1) a meso pentad fraction (mmmm) of 30-60 mol %; (2) a racemic pentad fraction (rrrr) satisfying the following relationship: [rrrr/(1−mmmm)]≦0.1; (3) a fraction (W25) eluted at a temperatures up to 25° C. by temperature-programmed chromatography, of from 20-100 wt %; and, (4) a pentad fraction (rmrm) of more than 2.5 mol %. The propylene copolymer of the present invention satisfies (1) a stereoregularity index (P) of 55-90 mol % as determined by 13C-NMR measurement; and (2) a fraction (W25) eluted at a temperatures up to 25° C. by temperature-programmed chromatography, of from 20-100 wt %.
