    摘要: A connector includes contacts each having a contact portion, an elastic portion and a fulcrum portion between the contact portion and a connection portion, and a pressure receiving portion; a housing fixing the contacts; and a slider having urging portions pivotally moved between the connection and pressure receiving portions of the contacts to urging the contact portions against the circuit board, thereby achieving reliable connection and miniaturization of the connector. In an aspect, the housing is formed on the side of a board insertion opening with a recessed portion for conducting the board. In another aspect, the contact includes upper and lower contact portions one above the other arranged alternately staggered so as to be connected to a circuit board having contact portions alternately staggered, so that no defective connection occurs, even if the circuit board is inserted erroneously upside down. In a further aspect, the connector further includes locking members having an engaging portion which engages an anchoring portion of the circuit board to prevent the circuit board from being removed. In one aspect, contacts of two kinds are inserted into the housing from opposite sides, respectively so that these contacts of the two kinds are into contact with the contact portions on respective surfaces of the circuit board. In a further aspect, moreover, a plate-shaped piece is provided in opposition to the contact portions of the contacts to prevent the housing from being deformed.

    摘要: A connector device to be used with a flexible printed circuit board including a connector. The flexible printed circuit board has on its front and rear surfaces ground patterns, signal patterns and phase inversion signal patterns arranged such that the signal pattern and the phase inversion signal pattern are arranged between the two ground patterns, and has a ground layer between the front and rear surfaces and exposed portions located at predetermined positions and reaching the ground layer. The connector has first and second contacts of two kinds. The first and second contacts are arranged in one and the same inserting hole of the housing such that their contact portions are opposite to each other. When a pivoting member has been pivotally moved, the first and second contacts come into contact with the corresponding ground, signal and phase inversion signal patterns on the flexible printed circuit board and the members at the predetermined positions enter the exposed portions so as to contact the ground layer, thereby achieving a miniaturization of the connector and high speed transmission of signals.

The voltage supply interrupting unit, when the first power source voltage is supplied, supplies voltage to a nonvolatile semiconductor storage chip and, when the second power source voltage is supplied, stops supplying the voltage to the nonvolatile semiconductor storage chip.

The object is accomplished by a connector comprising substantially H-shaped contacts 14 each including a first piece 28 having a contact portion 32 and a pressure receiving portion 34, a second piece 30 having a contact portion 32 and a connection portion 36, and a jointing portion 38 connecting these first and second pieces, and further including holding device permitting pushing portions 48 of a pivoting member 16 to pivotally move between the pressure receiving portions 34 and the connection portions 36, a housing 12 having a ceiling portion 20 formed at least at both ends with protection walls 22 for preventing the ceiling portion 20 from being upwardly deformed when the connecting object is accidentally forced upwardly, and the pivoting member 16 including the pushing portions 48, anchoring holes 50 independently from one another and an actuating portion 46 which is pivotally moved toward a fitting opening 18 of the housing 12 to bring the contact portions 32 of the contacts 14 into contact with the connecting object.

    摘要: A first contact and a second contact are inserted into one and the same inserting hole of a housing so that contact portions of the first and second contacts are facing to each other. The first contacts each include the contact portion at one end and a connection portion at the other end. The second contacts each includes a first piece having the contact portion at one end and a pressure receiving portion at the other end, a second piece having connection portion at an outer end, and an elastic jointing-portion for jointing the first piece and the remaining end of the second piece. A pivoting member includes an actuating portion, pushing portions, and anchoring holes. The pushing portions are pivotally moved between the pressure receiving portions and the connection portions of the second contacts, during which pivotal movement, the axis of rotation of the pushing portions is moved with their pivotal movement to achieve their compact rotation. The second contacts are each provided on the second piece with a fixing portion in the proximity of the elastic jointing-portion. The connector constructed as above described prevents the contacts from being warped or deformed when the pivoting member is being pivotally moved, and achieves a stable electrical connection, a reduced overall height of the connector and a high density of the conductors.
