摘要: A ferroelectric memory array includes a plurality of memory pages each formed of a plurality of ferroelectric memory cells. The ferroelectric memory cells are supplied by common word lines. Status memory cells are connected to each of the plurality of memory pages, each status memory cell stores the status of the memory page to which it is connected. A plurality of sense amplifiers each receives inputs from a pair of bit lines. Each of the bit lines receives inputs from the ferroelectric memory cells of a plurality of the memory pages. The sense amplifiers write back data into the memory cells and status cells in reversed states following read operations.

摘要: An IC with memory cells arranged in groups is described. The memory cells, for example, are ferroelectric memory cells. The IC includes a variable voltage generator (VVG) for generating an output voltage having a different voltage level depending on a location of an addressed memory cell within the memory group is provided. By providing different voltage levels for reads and/or writes, signal loss caused by capacitances which is dependent on the location of the memory cell within the group can be avoided. This improves read and/or write operations in series memory architectures.

摘要: Memory reliability is improved by using redundancy to repair errors detected by ECC. In one embodiment, redundancy repairs errors which cannot be corrected by ECC. The redundancy can employ the use of electronic fuses, enabling repairs after an IC containing the memory is packaged. Redundancy can also be performed prior to packaging of the IC.

摘要: A method of producing enzyme granulates, enzyme granulates produced By the method, and the use thereof in formulations is provided, for example, for animal feed, foodstuffs, washing agents, rinsing agents or for pharmaceutical uses. The enzyme granulates have a high relative proportion of active enzyme, particular particle size, good shelf life, particularly small rounding factors and/or low residual moisture proportion, and further specific properties. The production of the enzyme granulates is achieved by linking of the thermal conditions in the injection zone and temperature conditions in the remainder of the apparatus. This is achieved by introduction of heated process gasses for drying exclusively in the injection zone. The secure introduction of articles into the injection zone is achieved by the specific geometric arrangement of the apparatus using gravity. The absolute value for enzyme activity of the enzyme granulates can be controlled by the addition of particles as seed material for the granules.

摘要: A semiconductor device comprises a memory cell array, bit line, /bit line complementary to the bit line, reference voltage generating circuit and sense amplifier. The bit line is connected to the memory cells and applied with a voltage read from each memory cell of the memory cell array. The /bit line is supplied with a reference voltage. The reference voltage generating circuit generates the reference voltage that has temperature dependence for compensating a change in the voltage, read to the bit line, due to temperature. The reference voltage generating circuit controls the reference voltage such that the reference voltage assumes a midpoint of trails of a signal value distribution indicative of “0” data and a signal value distribution indicative of “1” data. The sense amplifier compares the voltage, read to the bit line, with the reference voltage supplied to the /bit line, and amplifies the difference therebetween.

摘要: A method, a system, and an apparatus for aiding a visual search in a list of learnable speech commands. The present invention is capable of making less commonly-used commands more salient and more commonly-used commands less salient. The present invention takes measurements of user interactions with a speech recognition interface and uses the measurements to aid in determining whether a user has learned or memorized more commonly-used commands. These more commonly-used commands are made less salient such that the unlearned commands are easier to find, thereby reducing the visual search time needed by a user.
