    Abstract: An information processing device receives plan necessary information relating to a first power generation device and a second power generation device having a power generation output that is more susceptible to an external environment than a power generation output of the first power generation device; and generates power generator operation plans, for the first power generation device and the second power generation device, that include a power generation curtailment plan to curtail a power generation output in the second power generation device, based on the plan necessary information and an operating cost in a power system including the first power generation device and the second power generation device; transmits a power generator operation plan for the first power generation device; and transmits a power generator operation plan including a power generation curtailment plan for the second power generation device to a device controlling or managing the second power generation device.

    Abstract: A monitoring device (10) includes a unit-specific waveform data acquisition unit (11) that acquires waveform data in a unit in which electrical devices are installed; a first inference unit (13) that infers change in operation states of at least some of the electrical devices based on a first monitoring difference group including at least one of at least one kind of feature amount extracted from waveform data of a difference between waveform data of a first timing and waveform data of a second timing in the waveform data, and a differences of at least one kind of feature amounts extracted from the waveform data of the first timing and the waveform data of the second timing, and training difference information regarding a difference between a first operation state and a second operation state of each of the electrical devices; and a second inference unit (14) that infers an operation state of each of the electrical devices based on an inference result of the first inference unit (13).

    Abstract: Lower-level information processing devices (20-1 to 20-n) obtain parameters used for estimating power consumption in accordance with the statuses of electric devices (30-1 to 30-n), estimate the power consumption of the electric devices (30-1 to 30-n) on the basis of the parameters, and transmits the estimated value of the estimated power consumption to an upper-level information processing device (10). The upper-level information processing device (10) determines an assignment of distribution of supply and demand on the basis of the power supply-demand capacity in a predetermined power network and the estimated value of the power consumption and transmits the determined assignments to the lower-level information processing devices (20-1 to 20-n). The lower-level information processing devices (20-1 to 20-n) controls the operations of the electric devices (30-1 to 30-n) on the basis of the assignment of distribution of supply and demand.

    Abstract: Acquisition unit 184 acquires an adjustment period in which power supply and demand is adjusted, and adjustment power which is power to be adjusted in the adjustment period. Adjustment target determining unit 185 requests an adjustment target storage battery to be charged or discharged at a predetermined electricity rate in the adjustment period and determines, based on the adjustment power, adjustment target storage batteries from among the storage batteries that have responded to the request. In the adjustment period, control unit 186 causes the adjustment target storage batteries to charge or discharge electricity at the predetermined electricity rate and causes a non-adjusted storage battery that is different from the adjustment target storage battery to charge or discharge electricity at an electricity rate different from the predetermined electricity rate.
