Abstract: A monitoring system including a plurality of monitoring devices (20) and a server (10) is provided. When new device data including a feature amount of a new electrical device different form existing electrical devices is extracted from measurement data (current consumption or the like), the monitoring device (20) calibrates the feature amount of the new electrical device using calibration data generated based on calibration data of the exiting electrical device, and transmits the new device data to the server (10) in association with identification information of the new electrical device. When the calibrated new device data of the new electrical device is received from the plurality of monitoring devices (20), the server (10) generates and registers training data of the new electrical device based on the plurality of pieces of calibrated new device data.

Abstract: Lower-level information processing devices (20-1 to 20-n) obtain parameters used for estimating power consumption in accordance with the statuses of electric devices (30-1 to 30-n), estimate the power consumption of the electric devices (30-1 to 30-n) on the basis of the parameters, and transmits the estimated value of the estimated power consumption to an upper-level information processing device (10). The upper-level information processing device (10) determines an assignment of distribution of supply and demand on the basis of the power supply-demand capacity in a predetermined power network and the estimated value of the power consumption and transmits the determined assignments to the lower-level information processing devices (20-1 to 20-n). The lower-level information processing devices (20-1 to 20-n) controls the operations of the electric devices (30-1 to 30-n) on the basis of the assignment of distribution of supply and demand.

Abstract: A power flow control system is provided that is capable of improving the reliability of controlling power flow fluctuation and creating wide applicability for systems that control power flow fluctuation. A power-varying device (101) varies the distribution line power amount, which is a value of the power flow that flows in a distribution line (112) to which is connected a plurality of power sources (111) that each generate power. A measurement device (102) measures an index value relating to the total generated power amount, which is the sum total of the amount of power generated by each of the power sources. A calculation device (103) estimates the total generated power amount from the index value, and according to the estimation result, regulates the amount of change in the distribution line power amount that is changed by the power-varying device.

Abstract: Acquisition unit 184 acquires an adjustment period in which power supply and demand is adjusted, and adjustment power which is power to be adjusted in the adjustment period. Adjustment target determining unit 185 requests an adjustment target storage battery to be charged or discharged at a predetermined electricity rate in the adjustment period and determines, based on the adjustment power, adjustment target storage batteries from among the storage batteries that have responded to the request. In the adjustment period, control unit 186 causes the adjustment target storage batteries to charge or discharge electricity at the predetermined electricity rate and causes a non-adjusted storage battery that is different from the adjustment target storage battery to charge or discharge electricity at an electricity rate different from the predetermined electricity rate.
