摘要: Methods and computer-based systems are provided for processing seismic data through the use of information provided by basin modeling. Provided are methods and systems for providing an improved seismic dataset by means of providing an initial basin model constructed using an initially-available dataset including seismic velocity data; constructing a velocity dataset from the initial basin model; and reprocessing the initially available seismic data using the velocity dataset from the initial basin model as a guide. Also provided are methods and systems for predicting fluid pressure in a subsurface region of interest.

摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed for providing wireless information transportation. The disclosed systems and methods may include using an unlicensed radio frequency to transmit information from a first point to a second point in a data transport system and determining that the unlicensed radio frequency no longer provides a sufficient service level. Furthermore, the disclosed systems and methods may include discontinuing using the unlicensed radio frequency to transmit information from the first point to the second point in the data transport system when it is determined that the unlicensed radio frequency no longer provides the sufficient service level. Moreover, the disclosed systems and methods may include using a licensed radio frequency to transmit information from the first point to the second point in the data transport system when use of the unlicensed radio frequency is discontinued.

摘要: The present invention relates to a system and methods by which the risk associated with a new opportunity or new or ongoing relationship may be assessed. An example of such new opportunity or new relationship for which the present invention may be used to assess the risk is that concerning a potential new customer of a financial institution. The risk assessment of the present invention may be used to assess whether a new customer should be taken on as a customer and, if so, to what extent should the possible full range of account benefits be provided to the new customer. Other applications include assessing risk regarding a candidate for employment, assessing casualty loss and/or repayment risk in the insurance industry, and assessing risk in a landlord tenant relationship to determine whether or not to rent to the prospective tenant and if so, the amount of the security deposit.

摘要: A sanitary grip apparatus for preventing direct contact with unsanitary shopping cart handles that may be installed without touching the shopping cart handle directly. To attain this, a section of foam tubing having a longitudinal slit there through is provided, where a pair of pull-tabs is arranged on either side of the slit such that the tubing can be pulled open and installed onto the shopping cart handle. In an embodiment, the grip may include clip, pocket, pouch, attachment region, toys, mirror, book, key ring, or calculator. Also, a method for using a shopping cart without touching it directly.

摘要: A thermal radiator system is described for use on an outer space vehicle, which must survive a long period of nonuse and then radiate large amounts of heat for a limited period of time. The radiator includes groups of radiator panels that are pivotally connected in tandem, so that they can be moved to deployed configuration wherein the panels lie largely coplanar, and to a stowed configuration wherein the panels lie in a stack to resist micrometeorite damage. The panels are mounted on a boom which separates a hot power source from a payload. While the panels are stowed, warm fluid passes through their arteries to keep them warm enough to maintain the coolant in a liquid state and avoid embrittlement of material. The panels can be stored in a largely cylindrical shell, with panels progressively further from the boom being of progressively shorter length.

摘要: In one embodiment, an assembly includes a lift and a print bar mounted to the lift. The lift includes first and second guide rods oriented parallel to one another and perpendicular to an axis of the print bar across the print zone. The first end of the print bar is slidably connected to the first guide rod, the second end of the print bar is slidably connected to the second guide rod, and the lift is configured to simultaneously move both ends of the print bar along the guide rods. In another embodiment, an assembly includes a chassis and a lift supported by the chassis. The lift is configured to loosely hold a print bar and to raise and lower the print bar over a print zone such that both ends of the print bar move simultaneously.

摘要: The present invention relates to an object oriented architecture that includes a plurality of host aircraft interface objects that enable a plurality of different host aircraft or variants to be attached or interfaced to an associated store, such as a targeting pod or a weapon system. The union of all aircraft hosts and variants are packaged and maintained as one executable capable of adapting to the predetermined suite of identified hosts and host variants. At least one or more interface objects provide a virtual translation layer which is dynamically determined and allocated during instantiation. Auto detection of the host aircraft/host aircraft variant provides the specific interface protocol by which the store can process and provide status via a predetermined signal format.
