    Abstract: A tissue-fastening tool indwelling system includes: a sheath; a needle tube disposed in the sheath; a tissue-fastening tool including a wire having a coil region disposable in the needle tube in a stretched state and restorable to a coil shape with the same winding diameter outside the needle tube; a stylet connected to the wire; and a manipulation part for manipulating the stylet to advance the wire and rotate the sheath in a first direction. In a state where a distal end of the needle tube is proximal of the distal end of the sheath, the manipulation part is designed to operate such that the wire is delivered from the sheath by a length of one winding of the coil region per rotation of the sheath by less than one turn, and the protruding coil region biased to have a diameter larger than the winding diameter.

    Abstract: An endoscopic treatment tool includes a sheath having a lumen, an elongated shaft inserted into the lumen and having an insertion passage, a stylet disposed in the insertion passage, an implant connected to the stylet, and a manipulation part main body provided on the sheath, a slider advanceable and retractable in an axial direction relative to the manipulation part main body, and a cam tube retracting while rotating in accordance with manipulation of the slider and having a spiral guide passage. A proximal end portion of the stylet has a projection engaged with the guide passage such that a force retracting the stylet is applied to the stylet by the cam tube retracting while rotating. The projection is slidable on the guide passage such that the stylet is advanceable relative to the elongated shaft against the force.

    Abstract: An endoscopic treatment tool includes a sheath, a support portion which is attached to a distal end of the sheath, a pair of forceps members which are provided on the support portion, a linear portion which is inserted through the sheath so that the linear portion is capable of advancing and retracting, the linear portion causing facing surfaces each provided on the pair of forceps members to approach each other, and the linear portion separating the pair of facing surfaces from each other, an engaging portion which is provided in the support portion, an engaged portion which is provided in the linear portion, and a moving mechanism that moves the position of the distal end portion of the linear portion to a distal end position closer to the distal end side than the engaged portion.
