    摘要: A surgical system having a surgical instrument having a connection portion including a connector connectable to a robot arm for mounting of the surgical instrument to the robot arm so that the instrument can be robotically manipulated by the robot arm to adjust a position of the instrument via a first communication from a remote central processing unit to the robot arm. A remotely actuated power pack is loadable into a compartment of the instrument for powering the instrument. The power pack has a first motor and a first engagement member operatively connected to the first motor and removably engageable with a first movable member of the instrument when the power pack is loaded into the instrument, the power pack effecting movement of the first movable member from a first position to a second position to effect a first function of the instrument.

    摘要: A surgical instrument includes a decoupling mechanism and a loading unit. The decoupling mechanism includes a driver coupling, an overstroke sled, a proximal driver, and a distal driver. The overstroke sled includes bosses configured to slidably engage slots of the driver coupling. The distal driver is coupled to a housing of the driver coupling for concomitant rotation therewith. A drive assembly of the loading unit is coupled to the distal driver such that rotation of the distal driver causes axial displacement of the drive assembly. The decoupling mechanism is transitionable between a first state, in which, rotation of the proximal driver of the decoupling mechanism rotates the driver coupling and the distal driver, thereby advancing the drive assembly, and a second state, in which, rotation of the proximal driver disengages the overstroke sled from the driver coupling to enable rotation of the overstroke sled relative to the driver coupling.

The second shaft hosts a second roller and a second set of teeth. The second jaw moves relative to the first jaw between an open position and a closed position. The first set of teeth meshes with the second set of teeth when the second jaw is in the closed position such that (a) the first set of teeth can drive the second set of teeth and (b) the first roller and the second roller can drive a needle therebetween when the first set of teeth drives the second set of teeth.
