Abstract: In an aspect, a first user equipment (UE) obtains one or more first radio frequency fingerprint (RFFP) measurements of one or more first downlink channels received at the first UE, one or more first sidelink channels received at the first UE, or both, and determines one or more locations of a target UE based on the one or more first RFFP measurements and a machine learning module, wherein the machine learning module is trained based on previously collected RFFP measurements of one or more downlink channels, RFFP measurements of one or more uplink channels, RFFP measurements of one or more sidelink channels, locations of one or more sidelink anchor UEs, locations of one or more base stations, or any combination thereof.

Abstract: Various embodiments include methods for reducing peak to average power ratio of wireless transmission waveforms, performed in transmitter circuitry of a wireless communication. Abstract: A method of wireless communication performed by a first transmission device incudes receiving a first set of observations from a first receiving device based on transmissions from the first transmission device to the first receiving device at a previous time slot of a fixed contention-based spectrum sharing system. The first transmission device shares a spectrum with a second transmission device. The method also includes measuring an energy level from an ongoing data transmission of the second transmission device at a current time slot. The method further includes generating, at an artificial neural network of the first transmission device, at least one of a transmission determination, a set of transmission parameters, or a combination thereof, based on a second set of observations, the energy level, and a counter. The method also includes transmitting, to the first receiving device, during the current time slot based on at least one of the transmission determination, the set of transmission parameters, or the combination thereof.

Abstract: A discovery measurement timing configuration (DMTC) window reservation signal is disclosed for new radio (NR) shared spectrum (NR-SS) networks. The DMTC window is defined providing a reserved location for transmission of essential control signaling and potentially high priority traffic that may be transmitted in a prioritized manner. Access within the DMTC window may be provided with a clear channel assessment (CCA) exempt transmission (CET) option or a non-CET option. When the CET option is used, the reservation duration and period may be conveyed through the channel reservation signal. User equipments (UEs) that detect the reservation signal may re-transmit with added offset to inform neighboring base station that may not be within range of the serving base station. Base station that receive either the transmitted or re-transmitted reservation signal will refrain from communications that may interfere with the reception at the UEs.

In some examples, a wireless communications system may support machine learning and may configure a user equipment (UE) for machine learning. The UE may transmit, to a base station, a request message that includes an indication of a machine learning model or a neural network function based at least in part on a trigger event. In response to the request message, the base station may transmit a machine learning model, a set of parameters corresponding to the machine learning model, or a configuration corresponding to a neural network function and may transmit an activation message to the UE to implement the machine learning model and the neural network function.

The UE reports the processed set of positioning measurement features to a network component (e.g., BS, LMF, etc.).
