A method and an apparatus are provided for controlling a memory in an electronic device. A kernel of a control unit in the electronic device receives importance information, based on program information, and memory usage, from an Operating System (OS) framework of the control unit. It is determined whether a memory request signal is received at the kernel from the OS framework. The kernel terminates at least one program based on the memory request signal and the importance information, when the memory request signal is received.

The method includes storing a time-series model, inputting time-series data to the time-series model, and outputting a plurality of pieces of prediction data which is a preset number of pieces of prediction data or more based on the time-series model. The inputting of the time-series data to the time-series model includes substituting invalid data included in the time-series data with preset valid data, and inputting the time-series data including the valid data to the time-series model.

The present disclosure provides an air conditioning apparatus and a method for controlling same. The method for controlling an air conditioning apparatus comprises the steps of: the air conditioning apparatus receiving, from an external server, user sleep information acquired on the basis of data on time for which the air conditioning apparatus is operated in a sleep cooling mode used during the user's sleep; and operating in the cooling mode on the basis of the user sleep information. Specifically, at least part of an operation for acquiring the user sleep information on the basis of the user's control command may use an artificial intelligence model obtained by learning according to at least one of a machine learning, a neural network, and a deep learning algorithm.

The memory stores instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to identify, when information on a shared object based on augmented reality is received from an external electronic device through the communication device, a first location of the shared object included in the information, identify whether the first location is included within a camera view distance and a camera direction of the camera device, generate reception information of the shared object in a specified type for each condition in which the first location is included in a range of at least one of the camera view distance or the camera direction using a second location of the electronic device as a reference point, and output an augmented reality image obtained by merging the generated reception information with a real image obtained from the camera device to the display device.

A foldable electronic device according to one embodiment disclosed in the present document can comprise: a foldable display; a first sensor circuit for sensing the folding of the foldable electronic device; a second sensor circuit for sensing the holding, by a user, of the foldable electronic device; a processor functionally connected to the display, the first sensor circuit and the second sensor circuit; and a memory functionally connected to the processor. The memory can store instructions for enabling, when executed, the processor to display contents through the display, display the contents on a two-page basis through the display, when the folding of the foldable electronic device at a predetermined angle is sensed using the first sensor circuit, and display, in a first luminance, a first page of the two pages displayed through the display and display a second page in a second luminance, when the holding of the foldable electronic device for a predetermined time by one hand is sensed using the second sensor circuit. Disclosed is a method of fabricating a semiconductor device. The method comprises stacking an etching target layer, a first mask layer, an under layer, and a photoresist layer on a substrate, irradiating extreme ultraviolet (EUV) radiation on the photoresist layer to form a photoresist pattern, and performing a nitrogen plasma treatment on the photoresist pattern while using the first mask layer as an etching stop layer, the performing continuing until a top surface of the first mask layer is exposed. During the performing, the under layer is etched to form an under pattern below the photoresist pattern.
