Method for forming a packaging (2) from a container (1) that has a body (5), a neck (8), and a bottom (6), the container (1) having a deformable zone (15) with an extended configuration in which the zone (15) projects toward the outside of the container (1), with a retracted configuration in which the zone (15) projects toward the inside of the container (1), with this method including the following operations: filling the container (1) with a hot product; closing in an airtight manner the thus filled container (1); measuring the temperature of the stoppered container (1); comparing the measured temperature to a preset threshold value; if the measured temperature is less than or equal to the threshold value, moving the deformable zone (15) back toward its retracted position.

A method of producing a container (2) from a blank (3) made of plastics material within a mould (4) which is provided with a wall (5) defining a cavity (6) bearing the impression of the container (2), and with a mould base (8) which can move relative to the wall (5) between a retracted position in which it extends in set-back manner relative to the cavity (6) and a deployed position in which it closes the cavity (6). The method includes a boxing stage in which the mould base (8) moves from its retracted position to its deployed position, the travel (C) of the mould base (8) between its retracted position and its deployed position being greater than 20 mm.

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a container by stretch blow molding starting from a preform made of plastic material within a forming unit that includes: a mold that is provided with a side wall and a mold bottom having the impression, jointly, of the container; and a stretching rod that is mounted to move in translation in relation to the mold between an upper position and a lower position. The method includes: a pre-blow-molding phase during which a fluid with a pre-blow-molding pressure is injected into the preform, and the rod is moved from its upper position to its lower position with a maximum travel speed of greater than or equal to 2.5 m/s.
