Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a non-display area, a plurality of pixels provided in the display area, lines respectively connected to the plurality of pixels, the lines applying a signal to the plurality of pixels, the lines each including a first metal layer including a first metal and a second metal layer that is provided on the first metal layer and includes a second metal, an insulating layer provided at a least one portion between the substrate and the lines, the insulating layer including an inorganic insulating layer and an organic insulating layer, and a barrier layer provided between the organic insulating layer and the first metal layer, the barrier layer including an oxide of the first metal.

Abstract: A display device is provided including a substrate. A second semiconductor layer is disposed on the substrate. The second semiconductor layer includes Si. A second gate upper electrode and a light blocking layer are disposed on the second gate insulating layer. A first auxiliary layer is disposed on the second gate upper electrode and the light blocking layer. A first semiconductor layer overlaps the light blocking layer. The first semiconductor layer includes an oxide semiconductor. A first gate electrode overlaps a channel region of the first semiconductor layer. The first auxiliary layer includes an insulating layer including at least one compound selected from SiNx, SiOx, and SiON, and at least one material selected from F, Cl, and C.

Abstract: A method for fabricating a light emitting element includes preparing a substrate, and forming a first semiconductor material layer, a light emitting material layer, a second semiconductor material layer and an electrode material layer on the substrate, forming semiconductor rods spaced apart from each other by etching the first semiconductor material layer, the light emitting material layer, the second semiconductor material layer and the electrode material layer in a direction perpendicular to an upper surface of the substrate, forming an insulating layer surrounding sides of the semiconductor rods through a sol-gel process by immersing the substrate, including the semiconductor rods, in a solution containing a precursor material, and forming light emitting elements by separating the semiconductor rods, including the insulating layer, from the substrate, and the light emitting elements have an external quantum efficiency of 20.2±0.6%.
