The first circuit has the function of analyzing the image information and converting the image information into character information, and a function of displaying an image including the character information on the display portion. The analysis is performed by inference through the use of the neural network.

The storage battery management system includes a vehicle that includes a unit enabling data transmission and reception; the vehicle includes a storage battery, a balancing circuit electrically connected to the storage battery, and a vehicle control unit having a function of controlling the balancing circuit; the storage battery includes an assembled battery including a plurality of battery cells; the vehicle control unit has a function of selecting an estimated value that most closely shows a state of each of the battery cells included in the assembled battery; and the balancing circuit has a function of being controlled in accordance with the selected estimated value.

Abstract: A light-blocking device that includes a display device is provided. A method for unfolding a light-blocking device that includes a display device is provided. The light-blocking device is used for a vehicle. The light-blocking device includes a light-blocking portion, a storage portion, and a driving means. The light-blocking portion includes a display portion on a surface on the inside of the vehicle. The storage portion is positioned in a roof portion of the vehicle. The driving means has a first function of unfolding the light-blocking portion in a first position, a second function of unfolding the light-blocking portion in a second position, and a third function of storing the light-blocking portion in a third position inside the storage portion. The first position is a position where the light-blocking portion does not obstruct driver's forward vision. The second position is a position where the light-blocking portion covers 80% or higher of the area of a windshield of the vehicle.

Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention is to provide a highly safe monitoring system for a secondary battery which ensures safety by warning a user when detecting an abnormality in the secondary battery, for example, when detecting a phenomenon that impairs safety of the secondary battery in an early stage. The monitoring system uses an imaging device which captures images of an external view of the secondary battery. Furthermore, for facilitating an abnormality detection, temperature sensitive paint is either sprayed or applied on at least part of a surface of an exterior body of the secondary battery. In addition, a light source for irradiating the temperature sensitive paint with light is also provided. With this structure, the abnormal portion can emit light (or exhibit a color) in the case where abnormal heat generation occurs locally, whereby the imaging device can distinguish an abnormal portion from image data by the imaging device. Accordingly, a danger can be noticed by the image data before ignition or an explosion occurs.
