    Abstract: Microfluidic substrate, microfluidic device, and driving method thereof are provided. The microfluidic substrate includes a plurality of detection units arranged in an array. A detection unit of the plurality of detection units at least includes a first switch transistor, a second switch transistor, a drive electrode, and a photosensitive element. The microfluid substrate includes a base; a transistor array layer on a side of the base, first switch transistors and second switch transistors being on the transistor array layer; a photosensitive element array layer on a side of the transistor array layer away from the substrate, photosensitive elements being on the photosensitive element array layer; a first electrode layer on a side of the photosensitive element array layer away from the base; and a second electrode layer on a side of the first electrode layer away from the base.

    Abstract: A phase shifter, a fabrication method thereof, and an antenna are provided. The phase shifter includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a ground electrode disposed on a side of the first substrate facing towards the second substrate, a transmission electrode disposed on a side of the second substrate facing towards the first substrate, and liquid crystals filled between the first substrate and the second substrate. In a direction perpendicular to a plane of the second substrate, the transmission electrode overlaps with the ground electrode. The ground electrode is provided with a detection hollow part, and in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the second substrate, at least a part of the detection hollow part does not overlap with the transmission electrode.

    Abstract: A driving circuit, a method for driving the same, and a microfluidic device are provided. The driving circuit includes a constant voltage writing module configured to transmit a constant voltage to an output terminal of the driving circuit, an AC voltage writing module configured to transmit an AC voltage to the output terminal of the driving circuit, a first switch, and a first capacitor. The first switch includes an input terminal electrically connected to a third signal line, an output terminal electrically connected to control terminals of the AC voltage writing module and the constant voltage writing module, and a control terminal electrically connected to a first scan line. The first capacitor is configured to stabilize a potential of the output terminal the first switch.

    Abstract: Provided are a liquid crystal phase shifter, a manufacturing method thereof, and a liquid crystal antenna. The liquid crystal phase shifter includes a first substrate, a second substrate, microstrips, a ground electrode, and liquid crystals located between the at least one microstrip and the ground electrode. The microstrip line is disposed on a side of the second substrate facing towards the first substrate and includes a first transmission line and a second transmission line that are each a coil and are nested with each other in a direction perpendicular to a plane of the second substrate. The coiling transmission directions of radio frequency signals transmitted on the first and second transmission lines are opposite. The ground electrode overlaps both the first transmission line and the second transmission line in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the second substrate.

    Abstract: A phase shifter and a wireless communication device are provided. The phase shifter includes a first substrate, a radio frequency transmission line arranged on a side of the first substrate, and a bias line connected to the radio frequency transmission line. The bias line includes a first wire and a second wire. A sheet resistance of the second wire is greater than a sheet resistance of the radio frequency transmission line. The first wire and the radio frequency transmission line are connected and form an integrated structure. A line width of the first wire is less than a line width of the radio frequency transmission line. The second wire and the first wire form a lapping region in an extension direction of the first wire. In the lapping region, the second wire is arranged on a side of the first wire away from the first substrate.
