    Abstract: A wireless receiving device for a human powered vehicle comprises a receiver having a first mode, and a second mode in which the receiver consumes less electric power than in the first mode. A controller is configured to set the receiver with the second mode if the receiver does not receive the communication signal in a first-mode period during which the receiver operates in the first mode. The controller is configured to count a consecutive number of a plurality of no-communication periods if no-communication periods consecutively occur. The controller is configured to set the receiver with the first mode if the consecutive number of the no-communication periods is less than a count threshold. The controller is configured to control the receiver to continue the second mode until a release condition is satisfied if the consecutive number is more than or equal to the count threshold.

    Abstract: A wireless communication device for a human-powered vehicle comprises a wireless communicator and a controller. The wireless communicator is configured to wirelessly receive a control signal from an operating wireless communicator of an operating device. The wireless communicator has a first mode and a second mode. The wireless communicator is configured to wirelessly transmit a connection demand signal in the second mode to establish wireless communication between the wireless communicator and an external wireless communicator of an external electric device different from the operating device. The wireless communicator is configured to wirelessly receive a connection signal which is wirelessly transmitted in response to the connection demand signal from the external wireless communicator of the external electric device. The controller is configured to set the wireless communicator with the first mode if the connection signal indicates that the external electric device is the paired device.

The attachment portion is attached to the communication device in a removable manner. The communication device is attachable to another attachment portion of another bicycle component in a removable manner.

    Abstract: A bicycle power control apparatus is basically provided with a rectifier, a storage battery, a detection unit and a controller. The rectifier is configured to rectify power generated by an AC generator that is mounted on a bicycle. The storage battery is configured to store DC power outputted by the rectifier. The storage battery is configured to supply the DC power to an electric component that is mounted to the bicycle. The detection unit is configured to detect an electrical signal from the AC generator. The controller is configured to control a ratio of a distributed amount of the DC power to the electric component with respect to a distributed amount of the DC power to the storage battery according to the detection result of the detection unit.

    Abstract: A human-powered vehicle control device includes an electronic controller and a first operating portion. The first operating portion operates a human-powered vehicle device. The electronic controller controls a supply of electric power from a battery to the human-powered vehicle device in a first mode. The electronic controller controls the electric power supplied from the battery to the human-powered vehicle device in a second mode to be less than the electric power supplied in the first mode. The electronic controller switches the first mode to the second mode upon determining the first operating portion has been operated by a first action while in the first mode. The electronic controller does not switch from the second mode to the first mode upon determining the first operating portion has been operated by the first action while in the second mode.
